This swanky and stylish mountain home is equipped with a modern 32" flat screen LCD TV complete with DIRECTV, surround sound and DVD player. When the weather is chilly, cozy up in the living room by the Lopi gas stove. Post and beam construction, vaulted aspen ceiling and antique reclaimed hearty pine floors, are throughout this beautiful home.
For the chefs in the family, the spacious gourmet kitchen will make preparing meals a joy. Outfitted with SubZero refrigerator, Thermador gas stove/oven and top of the line cook wear and small appliances. The large farm sink is surrounded by local, handcut sandstone countertops and custom cabinetry. The dining area has a large farm style table which seats 8.
After a day of playing, relax those tired muscles in the master bedroom steam shower bathroom tiled in a multi colored slate. Just steps away is the spacious walk in closet. Each of the bedrooms has a queen bed with comfy down comforters, as well as a TV/DVD player. Let Coal Creek lull you to sleep in the front upstairs bedroom while views of Mount Crested Butte fill the windows of the third bedroom. a very unique full bath in true mountain decor is located upstairs.
A full size washer and dryer, 1/2 bath and mud-room are located adjacent to the side entry. A private patio with deck furniture is a great place for breakfast in the warm months. The home is fully furnished and equipped for 6, with professional cleaning in between visitors. This home is truly a mountain masterpiece with everything just outside your front door.
Sleeps up to 6 people Maximum. (1 Queen bed in each of the 3 bedrooms.) Sorry no pets. A $125 out cleaning fee will be added to all stays.
