Kohimarama Retreat is an executive five bedroom residence located in the Auckland beachside suburb of Kohimarama. It is located 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Kohimarama Beach, 15 minutes walk to the vibrant restaurants and beach at Mission Bay and a 15 minute drive to the central city along a picturesque waterfront road.

Approaching Kohimarama Retreat you pass through a long tree lined driveway and arrive at the house situated on 1700 square metres of beautiful lawn and New Zealand native plant garden.

Its spacious interior includes five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms:

Bedroom one: superking-size bed; opens out onto a deck overlooking the garden.
Bedroom two: superking-size bed; opens out onto a different deck which is also shared by the fourth bedroom.
Bedroom three: two kingsingle-size beds.
Bedroom four: queen-size bed; joined to its own private sitting area.
Bedroom five: queen-size bed; located downstairs next to second living area.

A port-a-cot is also available on request.

The main tiled bathroom is fitted with a bath, a separate shower room, and a separate toilet room:
Bedroom one has an en-suite has a shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom four has an en-suite toilet.
Bedroom five (downstairs) has an en-suite shower with a basin and a separate toilet.

The house has decks on both sides, which are accessed by most of the bedrooms as well as the living areas. The main deck off the lounge, dining room and family room overlooks the native garden and has views across the whole of the Kohimarama valley. There is also a sunny, glass roof, tiled conservatory off the dining room so the outlook to the garden can be enjoyed all year round. Outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue enable al fresco dining on the deck much of the year.

The large lounge is equipped with television (including Sky satellite channels), video machine, DVD/CD player. A computer with broadband internet connection is also available for your use. The family room next to the kitchen also has a TV.

A huge third living room, located downstairs, holds a third TV and a full size snooker/billiards table - hold your own fun tournament with your work colleagues or family members!!

The house is fully equipped with all bathroom and bedroom linen. The new modern kitchen overlooking the tree lined driveway is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking implements, an electric oven and hob, fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer and a full-size washing line.
