Privately situated about 200 feet above the Caribbean Sea, bordering a bird sanctuary, the villa commands magnificent sunsets and panoramic views up and down the west coast over Castries Harbour and Cul de Sac bay. It is eight minutes by car from the center of Castries and only a short drive to gorgeous beaches, boating, water sports, tennis, restaurants, entertainment and golf at new 18 hole championship golf course (rated 74.3).
Accommodation comprises two en-suite double bedrooms, a spacious living/dining area, a powder room and a new, fully equipped kitchen. Amply furnished throughout including linens and towels, there is cable TV. A maid is on the premises four to five hours daily and able to assist with cooking and child care. A gardener works on the grounds and tends the pool. Property manager lives nearby.
A pleasant breeze is present most of the time. The house is fully screened and the in-ground pool is steps away from the covered wooden deck which wraps around the house offering both shady and sunny areas all day long.
