The other two bedrooms are also very comfortable with new queen beds, large closets, and share a full bath with dual-basin vanity and separate toilet and tub-shower. The den can sleep two on a queen-sized futon and has a wonderful desk for work needs. A portable crib is available on request.

The Unique Benefits at this House
This comfortable home is located perfectly with great access to the 202 freeway which loops to the west and to the south for quick commutes to any place in the Phoenix Valley. There is fabulous shopping and restaurants just minutes from the home with picks of four different grocery stores literally a minute away. We love being located on a wonderful golf course, which offers great discounts online for our guests; but there are a hundred other courses to try within easy commutes, also! We relish being able to hop on our bicycles and ride out of our driveway for miles in the open desert both on the roads and on mountain bike trails. We've furnished the home to be a comfortable place to relax and soak in the Arizona atmosphere!

My husband and I purchased this home to be a "home away from home" for us and to use it as a vacation rental property during other times of the year. We lived in Mesa for eleven years prior to our move here to Alexandria, Virginia, and three of our children still live in Arizona. Our daughter lives ten minutes away in Mesa and manages this home for us. We love Arizona with its many beautiful deserts,the cooler mountains of the Mogollon Rim and its forests, the awe of the Grand Canyon and the surrounding red-rock areas, and the fabulous array of fun and recreation available year-round with golf, swimming, cycling, boating, hiking, and spring baseball, to name just a few!
