plus tax. A deposit of $225 (weekly rental) or $350 (monthly rental) is required
to reserve the unit which includes the $40 admin. fee. For in-season rentals
(12/15 - 4/30), 25% of the rent balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Why the Owner Chose Fairview Isles
We bought our condominium on Ft Myers Beach because we love the area. We wanted a place where it would be warm year round so we could escape the cold winter weather up north. Our complex, Fairview Isles Condominiums, has so many owners and renters who have become "family" to us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the view of the water from our lanai and swimming in our large heated pool surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The clubhouse is a great place to enjoy lunch while near the pool.

My wife and I live in Loveland, OH with our two wonderful children. We have always loved the beach and found Fort Myers Beach to be very attractive. We purchased our condominium in 2005 and stay there twice a year.
