December 15, 2009 - April 30, 2010...$1075/week, $3900/month (28 nights)
NOTES: NO SMOKING OR PETS PERMITTED.  1 week minimum rental period.  Rates subject
to 11% Florida tax.  Rates do not include a $25 non-refundable administrative fee
or the $60 cleaning fee.  Rates based on 1-4 people. Add'l guests $10/person/night
plus tax.  A deposit of $225 (weekly rental) or $350 (monthly rental) is required
to reserve the unit which includes the $25 admin. fee.  For in-season rentals
(12/15 - 4/30), 25% of the rent balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.

  • My husband Andy and I were on our honeymoon and the condo was a wonderful place to come home to after an active day. We spent every night out on the lanai enjoying the cool air. The condo was spacious and gave us the feel of a home away from home.

  • Wow, great rent!! I have stayed at several rentals but this was by far the cleanest and best equipped. Beautiful unit, great pool and easy access to the beach. Owners were super to work with! Can't think of anything that could be improved upon (unless you can bring the whole place to Kentucky :0) Had a great time!! The kids had a blast! Would love to rent again!!

  • lovely condo.the pool and grounds were very clean.one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in.we are definitely planning to come back.the staff was nice.great location!!great view!!
