Located on prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Course, 8th fairway, this newly decorated villa is only a short 14 minute drive to the magical world of Disney, with Sea World, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Magic Kingdom and the Florida Mall a short drive away. The Kennedy Space Center and Gulf and ocean beaches are 1 hour away.
The Orlando Convention Center is close by as are many golf courses. There are tennis courts, a large community swimming pool, and play ground 5 minutes away. Guests can use the facilities at Regal Palms Spa, 5 minutes away, which includes swimming pools, exercise room, sauna and beauty treatments.
This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bath villa sleeps 10 comfortably. The Master bedroom has a King size bed. 1 bedroom has a Queen bed and 3 bedrooms each have twin beds. The den has a comfortable Queen size sleep-sofa. There is also a baby crib.
The villa is the perfect gathering spot for family vacations, family reunions, golf outings, retreats, and for those partaking in conventions at 'less cost' than hotels.
The villa boasts a large heated swimming pool with spa and lanai, afully carpeted games room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, and miscellaneous board games, as well as a TV and DVD player.
The spacious modern kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, silverware, pots and pans and appliances. All bed linens and towels are included. For the comfort of the little ones, in addition to a baby crib. There is a separate laundry room with super size washer and dryer and an ironing board and iron.
There is a large screen TV, VCR and DVD player and large cushy furniture in the family room.
Every bedroom has a TV.
Each well lighted ceramic tile bathroom has a hair dryer. The very large Master Bath has 2 separate sink areas, a large bath tub, a large separate shower and a private room for the toilet.

The clean, well-maintained pool has comfortable cushioned lounge chairs, a table and 6 chairs, external flood lights, and internal pool lights for romantic nightly swims. The sun is on the pool at all times during the day.
Cleaning service is included for a minimum 7 night stay. The lawn and pool are kept in top condition. The rear of the house is illuminated. The villa is near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
