  We had a great time at this house. Our party of 10 (age 2 to age 60) was very comfortable. The house is bigger than the pictures make it look. The beach access was so close and easy and the pool/cabana was just awesome! The kids loved both, I think they spent more time in the water than out. I think it is safe to say this house exceeded our expectations. We went into Charleston a couple of times and loved it; what an easy drive. The owner David is very reasonable and easy to work with.

  We could not have asked for a better stay or home to have stayed in Isle Of Palm. It exceeded every expectation we had before arriving. The owner David is very easy to work with and extremely responsive to calls and emails. The open living room is fantastic and we sat there for hours listening to music, reading, playing games, and taking in the views. This house is perfectly situated and has lower homes in front of it….so the views are spectacular because the living space is upstairs. The wood floors throughout the home are stunning. Everything has been updated and furnishings are very nice. Beds are comfortable and the provided linens were good quality, which is very important to us when renting homes! There was plenty of space for our family of 5 visiting for a long wedding weekend. We only wish it had been the summer time and that we had a full week. The pool looked amazing, though it was too cool outside to use. We did take advantage of the outdoor kitchen for some grilling. The roof deck is fantastic and you can see for miles. I can’t recommend this home enough and we will surely be back at some point.

  We were in town for a family wedding so we decided on this home for our family while we were in the area. David, the Owner, was great to talk with from the very beginning answering all of our questions and giving us more information to help us make our decision on the home. Everything he advertises in his ad is 100% real. The location of the house was perfect to enjoy the beach, drive in to Mt. Pleasant, get to downtown Charleston or to shopping and restaurants by the connector - everything we needed was within a few minutes drive. The house was immaculate and was perfect for our various family ages - 40 -80. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the outdoor pool and cabana area were top notch and every deck and every room was very comfortable with anything you would need to feel right at home. The beach is just a 2 minute walk across the street and the ocean was visible throughout the house (LOVED the 3rd level deck to just sit and watch the waves roll in). What made the trip great was we had our parents with us - they don't get around as good as they used to. We didn't really think about all the steps up and down in the house - BUT the house, with it's great design, put all the 'needed' amenities on the same floor so our parents had a bed/bath, living, dining and kitchen area, screened porch and deck area all on the same floor so it wasn't hard for them to get around AND they could still enjoy outside and the wonderful ocean views. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for the best of everything. We hope to be back really soon for more R&R.

  My immediate and extended family, ages 2-80, stayed here this past July. The location of the house was perfect, it was immaculate and perfect for entertaining. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor pool and cabana area were top notch. The beach is a 2 minute walk across the street and the ocean was visible throughout the house. Everyone enjoyed themselves and David went out of his way to make us all feel welcome! Furthermore, Cass, the gal who cleaned the house was so kind, thorough, and helpful! We hope to return again.

  My wife and I stayed here with our one year old for four nights in May 2010. We could not have been more delighted with the property. Expansive and inviting with everything you could ask for. We are spoiled travelers, and it's no small measure to say this house blew away our expectations. Of course the home's appointments are top notch and want for nothing, but what I really enjoyed is the layout of the house with many distinct areas where you can spend your time. Screened in porch? Our daughter took naps out there daily. Outdoor living room? Polished off a couple books. Rooftop observation deck? Perfect for sampling local brews. And don't get me started on the pool and cabana. It's private, the pool is gorgeous, and the fountains really top it off nicely. David couldn't have been easier to deal with or more helpful on the phone anytime something came up, which wasn't often. You don't have to look any further - drop this guy an email and enjoy his home. You won't be disappointed.

  We enjoyed our stay at your house. The privacy of the pool area in the back was particularly nice. The views were great. The pictures we viewed on line, if anything, probably don't do you justice. The house itself was clean, very nicely furnished, and well-equipped. The lay-out is accomodating, because of the different levels, porches, and hallways which afford privacy and plenty of space for our entire group.
