This newly-built condominium just entering the rental market is decorated with a "Pottery Barn" decor. The master suite has a king-sized bed, 27" TV and a private bath with a jetted tub, separate shower and his/her sinks. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and includes a 13" TV. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds set up as a "day" bed. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the amenities necessary for a worry-free getaway. The main living area includes two leather couches with a sofa table and an end table, an entertainment center with a 27" TV, a VCR/DVD player and a gas fireplace. Enjoy a beautiful Lake Ozark evening on the spacious screened-in deck which includes seating for 6 and a gas grill.
This first floor unit is just steps away from the docks and a lighted waterfront walkway that leads to three lakefront heated pools, one with a hot tub.
Whether you're looking for a quick weekend get-a-way or a place to stay for the week, month or even longer we will accomodate your needs.
There is no additional charge for use of the 12X32 boat slip or the PWC slip. We also supply dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper for our guests.
No smoking is allowed anywhere in the unit including the screened-in deck. No pets are allowed.
