Location: Gulfport, Mississippi, USA (15 Min. from Gulport/Biloxi Int'l Airport, close to Casinos)

Our Condo, located at the very popular Legacy Villas, is a gated community that is approximately 250 yards to the beach. That's just a short walk across the street to the Gulf of Mexico, to enjoy some fun in the sun. If you are not familiar with the Gulfport/Biloxi area, there are several great Casinos with wonderful entertainment and big name headliners within minutes. They all have wonderful restaurants.

There are several activities for families with children. There is a great waterpark nearby, island excursions and the fun filled Lynn Meadows Discovery Center, which was selected as one of the USA's top 50 childrens museums. These activities will appeal to kids of all ages.

We hear that the "deep-sea fishing" trips are excellent. You can rent a boat or hire a charter. There are over twenty championship golf courses nearby to challenge golfers of all skill levels.

For the "shoppers" - The Edgewater Plaza is within a mile of the comples. Prime Outlet Mall is just a few minutes drive back to Hwy 49 and I-10. The Crossroads Mall has over 600,000 sq. ft. of shopping.

This Condo is very spacious with 1500 plus square feet.
Beautifully decorated, but very comfortable. It is located all downstairs and has a one car garage that enters into the Condo. There is also convenient guest parking.

The kitchen is very spacious with an Island. All new Granite countertops and new floor tile. The breakfast nook has French doors that walk out to the Lanai. The kitchen is very well equipped. The master bedroom also has French doors that walk out to the lanai and has a walk-in closet. The master bath has a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The TV's in the livingroom and both bedrooms are a VCR/DVD Combination.

On the property there are two beautiful pools. One is a newly built walk in pool that includes a jacuzzi and a beautiful cabana with seating and ceiling fans. It's located in the rear of the property. Next to this pool is a new state of the art playground gym for the kids. You will truly feel like you are on vacation in these surroundings.
