Beautiful stone and cedar home with stone fireplace and large private hot tub, recently remodeled, very close to ski slopes. Easily accommodates up to three families or a large group. Walking distance to main lift, or the Magic Bus will pick you up at our door. Beautiful 1.6 acre lot with big decks, mountain views, on a paved street.
Great room has large stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, lots of windows, satellite TV, and large deck. Oak and granite tile kitchen is fully equipped, has a breakfast bar, and opens directly into living/dining area. Master bedroom is 15 X 22 with new king bed, private bath, vaulted ceiling, large closets, and work desk. Downstairs has two 13 x 11 bedrooms(one with king bed, one with two twins), 15 x 22 gameroom/bedroom combination (twin bed with pop up trundle bed and two full sleeper futons, satellite TV and game table), plus utility with full sized w/d and 2 full baths. Fifth bedroom is over the garage, connected by decks, and has vaulted ceilings, big private bathroom, four twin beds, plus two twin futon sleepers and satellite TV. The gameroom/bedroom combinations are perfect for kids or large groups, leaving four other bedrooms for couples. NEW bedding, Foozball table, Basketball game AND WIRELESS ACCESS.
Walk to restaurants, resort hotel and gameroom, skiing, snowmobiling, ATV rentals (in summer). Great location for mountain biking and tour biking. Close to hiking, fishing, boating, golf course, fitness center and Angel Fire Mountain Theatre.
