2 King Beds!
The beautiful master has a king bed and private master bath, and opens up to the spacious balcony. The guest bedroom also has a king bed.
There are twin bunk beds in the private bunk room, with toys and kids movies. Also featured are the breakfast bar, separate dining area, laundry room, and two full-size baths. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all black-on-black appliances, built-in microwave, coffee maker, blender, and everything you need to prepare that special dinner at home.
From your 8th floor private balcony, you will be high enough to enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view where, with binoculars, you can see the ocean life swimming in the gulf while listening to the relaxing sounds of the waves crashing on the shoreline. This spacious balcony is furnished so that you can enjoy that morning cup of coffee, indulge yourself with a good book, or relax and watch one of our spectacular sunsets over the emerald-green water.

Damage to rental unit or removal of any rental unit property will result in deductions from your damage deposit to cover replacement and/or repair cost. Guests with damages exceeding deposit amount are subject to additional charges.

Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Beach
We initially thought that we wanted to purchase our "dream vacation home" in the Destin area. We came close in 2003, 2004, and finally in 2006 our agent suggested that we check out the "NEW" Panama City Beach as there were 3 or 4 brand new resorts that had just opened. Once we came over and discovered how much PCB had changed since my last trip there 5 years previous, we were astounded. Plus, when we found out how much further our vacation ownership dollars would go here versus Destin, it was a "no brainer" for us! Plus, we truly enjoyed the quiet West End where we didn't have to spend half of our vacation time fighting traffic on the only road through Destin and Fort Walton.
The other thing that convinced us to invest in this area is the forward thinking government agencies here in Panama City Beach. They know they have a "Gold Mine" and are doing everything they can to exploit it, including the new Pier Park Complex, the re-built Dan Russell Pier, and of course the first new International Airport in the U.S. in over 10 years that is planned to open in October of 2010. Yes, we are excited about Panama City Beach!!

Of course we love THE BEACH!! It is absolutly the best in the United States and in the Top Ten of every place we've been in the world. We also like the location of Sunrise Beach Resort as it is right next door to Sharkey's Beachfront Restaurant and Entertainment Complex, it is less than 1 mile from Pier Park and it is one of the closest resorts to the incredible Frank Brown Ballpark and Sports Complex.
Finally, the Sunrise is one of the very few resorts with on-site, underground parking!! No parking across the street and hauling all of your groceries and suitcases across the covered walkways!!! Just park the car, and catch one of the 4 high-speed elevators directly to your room!!!

Hello Panama City Beach vacationers! We are Ricky and Karen Jones, owners of the Resort Condo Services rental management company. We specialize in luxury beachfront vacation condos directly on the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches".
We began our venture into the vacation ownership world back in July of 2005 when we purchased our first brand new condo at the incredible Celadon Beach Resort. After about six months of dealing with one of the big rental management companies, we began advertising our condo on VRBO and booking our own weeks. We also created some simple websites of our own to further advertise our unit.
The next thing we know, we are doubling our rental revenue, other owners are asking us to manage their units, and over a 3 year period, we have expanded our business to 16 condos at 3 of the most popular resorts in all of Panama City Beach (Celadon, Sunrise, and Calypso). You will note that all of our resorts are on the "quiet" West End of PCB and they are also less than 1 mile from the incredible new shopping and entertainment district called "Pier Park".
We pride ourselves in taking advantage of our Internet and computer skills to "out market" our competition, maximize rentals for our owners, and most of all ensure that every one of our customers has the absolute best vacation experience possible in PCB!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful condo! It was a wonderful home away from home with an amazing view! The condo was very clean and comfortable - it was very hard to come back home! The weather was perfect everyday, the beach was beautiful, and the pools were great. We visit PCB every year and this was the best by far! I loved the master bedroom with the huge bathroom, very spacious! I can't wait to book our next vacation with you!
