Please note: All of our properties are NO SMOKING and NO PETS resorts. Also, our properties are family resorts and no renters under the age of 25 are allowed (age verification may be required). Management reserves the right to ask guests violating resort rules to leave the property, which may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or rental fees.
Damage to rental unit or removal of any rental unit property will result in deductions from your damage deposit to cover replacement and/or repair cost. Guests with damages exceeding deposit amount are subject to additional charges.
The resort charges 2.00 per person for wrist bands required for swimming pool access. Wrist bands are not required for children 10 and under.

My wife and I had a fantastic time in PCB. Our rental experience through RCS was perfect. With the help of Sandy Norton this was the least stressful booking we have ever experienced. We will definitely use their service and stay in this fabulous condo again in the future. Neal Burr
