Our villa is located in the Tatum Ranch community.Situated on a private, corner plot, the villa provides almost 4000 square feet of luxury accommodation. This is a particuarly pleasant location, after staying here, one former tenant has purchased a property two blocks away and another is looking to do the same
With a south-western theme, we have paid special attention to ensure our home offers the highest quality family accommodation.The property is on two floors. The en-suite master bedroom with king size bed on the ground floor and the other three above;one en-suite with queen size and two with twin beds. There is also a den/study. We have recently upgraded work tops in the kitchen, carpeting throuhoutand installed plantation shutters in the two ensuite bedrooms .This is a very spacious and comfortable home that is ideal for longer lets.
The charming town center of Cave Creek which offers a range of boutiques art galleries and many places to eat is about a ten minute drive. We are a similar distance from the Desert Ridge shopping mall,one of the biggest in the south west, with an excellent range of stores and restaurants. The cultural and other attractions of Scottsdale and Phoenix are only a few more minutes drive to the south. Supermarkets , gas station etc. can be found thrr to four minutes away by car.
Between the villa and the town of Cave Creek , there are two of excellent semi-private and public golf courses , others like the Legend Trail and Grayhawk are within very easy driving distance.
