Keawalai is a beautiful waterfront log home situated on tranquil Farrington Pond. Less than 5 minutes from the marina, beach, public boat launch and other amenities of world-renowned Kezar Lake, unspoiled Farrington Pond offers excellent opportunities for kayaking, canoeing, and bird- and nature-watching.
This open concept, chalet-style home features cathedral ceiling, a stone fireplace, and large child-safe deck overlooking the pond. The first floor contains the large living and dining room area and a fully equipped galley-style kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the combination den/second bedroom has two twins. The large loft comfortably sleeps 5 adults. The basement is a full walk-out with washer and dryer. Included in the rental are two canoes and two kayaks which can be launched from the new private dock.
In Summer, local activities include fishing, boating, hiking, tennis, and golf at Lake Kezar Country Club. In Fall, the local area is known for spectacular foliage and mountain views, as well as excellent hiking. Winter and Spring offer an abundance of world-class downhill and cross-country skiing options. Local resorts include Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Cranmore, with many more choices in the Mount Washington Valley.
