This elevated 5 Bedroom oceanfront home located in North Forest Beach features gorgeous ocean views from most rooms and decks. The first floor of the house has a spacious comfortable living area with access to a large deck area which leads to a private pool. The first floor also has 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with King beds, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
The second floor features the the living room, dining room and a spacious well equipped kitchen, all with incredible views of the beach. There is plenty of seating around the bar in the kitchen as well as a spacious table. The third level opens into a landing area that leads to the master bedroom. This king bedroom has a private bath with a large jacuzzi tub and a separate step in shower. The master bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The landing on this level also leads up to an open loft bedroom furnished with two twin beds and a double bed.
The house has been recently renovated and decorated. All the amenities you want are provided. Flat sceen LCD TVs and DVD's are in all bedrooms adn throughout the house. DSL service for laptops, cable, BBQ grill etc are provided. You can relax in luxury on your own deck and cool off in your own pool. In addition, the uncrowded beaches can not be beat. You can also bike or stroll on safe shaded paths to Coligny Plaza, the center of activity on the island. There you will find over 60 shops, restaurants and activities.

A belated thank you for the wonderful vacation we had in Hilton Head. The beach house was the perfect place for our family reunion and we even had my mom out on the beach for one afternoon. (I think that was a first in about 5 years.) Everything you provided made our arrival and stay one of the most pleasant and easiest ever. From the Cappuccino maker, to the beach chairs and towels, bikes, and beach tent, we really had a wonderful time. Great grandma mostly enjoyed sitting by the heated pool watching her great granddaughters learn to swim, (first time she met our 1 1/2 year old granddaughter Sasha), or having dinner with the family while looking out at great views of the ocean. While we thought we might explore the island more, we found we simply never left the house. There was just no better or special place to be. Loved the layout and # of bathrooms which gave everyone privacy when needed and kept all family members happy throughout our stay.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful trip to Hilton Head and this house was perfect for our large group of 14. The lay out of the home is great. We had plenty of room, our own private space, and amenties galore. Make sure you check out the house before you do your shopping. Marc provides so many useful amenties, from beach towels to sweet tea. Just steps from the house is the beach. It is beautiful. We would definitely visit again!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

I just spent a week at the house for spring break - supervising my daughters and a group of the college aged friends. The location of the house cannot be beat- the path from the yard leads directly to a beautiful wide beach. It's also walking and biking distance to a local plaza with typical touristy stores, but also grocery and liquor stores and a movie theater. Nice not to have to get in the car and drive. There were plenty of bikes and we took advantage of them. The stocked items that Marc provides were really appreciated- no need to worry about buying salt and pepper shakers, spices, coffee. etc. My personal favorite: morning coffee from the master balcony watching the sunrise. And Marc is responsive to any issues that come up during your stay. I will definitely look to renting from him again for a future Hilton Head trip.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners.

My family just returned from a one week vacation and everyone had a wonderful time. I have rented many homes over the years through VRBO and renting directly through the owner Marc was by far the best experience I have had. Marc is extremely responsive and helpful and provides everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. This was the first time I have seen all the kitchen and bathroom staples provided which is so helpful when you're only staying for a week. The house is beautiful and it is just as it looks in the pictures. The location is perfect - just a short bike ride from Coligny Plaza. My husband and I had the upstairs master with the deck overlooking the ocean. Every morning we had our coffee while watching the beautiful sunrise from our deck. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool which is much larger than other pools in North Forest Beach. This was also our first time renting a house directly on the beach and it certainly won't be our last! I highly recommend both renting this home and renting from Marc - you won't be disapponted!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

The exceptional features about the house: - the value is sooooo worth every penny inside the home and outside. - the location in the No.Forest neighborhood is my personal favorite, near restaurants, groceries, etc. - the owner, Marc, pays great attention to stocking the house with supplies and needs and extra perks, like an ice machine, Culligan water bottles, fabulous coffee, bathroom supplies, laundry needs, etc. The kitchen was welcoming and fully stocked w/extras in the pantry, every pan/pot and utensil imaginable. - the beds were exceptionally comfortable. - we loved the newspaper on the porch every morning - we appreciated bringing our dogs with us, they loved walking the neighborhood and beach every day. We've rented nearly a dozen different homes on vrbo in the past years and Marc proves to be the most reachable, most caring owner we've had the pleasure of renting from. We want to return to his home as soon as we are able and highly recommend anyone to reserve this house for their time on Hilton Head Island. It just doesn't get any better than this. Good news-fabulous location, incredible views, near restaurants, shops-many within walking distance. Most comfortable beds - everything you could want or need in the house. Every outdoor amenity you could use. House is clean and well supplied. With the beach outside the door the setting is perfection. Now the BAD NEWS - we have to leave tomorrow. Wish we had booked for 2 weeks, at least. Thanks Marc for the best vacation in the best location. We have rented in other parts of the country - will be coming back here for sure.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We couldn't have hand-picked better weather, and watching the sun rise over the ocean from the Master Bedroom deck was awesome. I didn't want to leave. The accommodations for 6 adults and 3 children were more than adequate. Marc's hospitality is unmatched, and he did his best to make sure we had a great, memorable time. Even when we had an insignificant issue, Marc still came to handle it personally in a very short time. Correspondence before the trip and during our stay was as easy as making a phone call. Our party of 6 adults really enjoyed our week long stay at this property in North Forest Beach. Although we have rented homes on HHI several times before, this was our first oceanfront experience. We are now spoiled and don't think we can go back to non-oceanfront again. The location and views from this home are great and the owner (Marc) is fantastic. All of the little extras that Marc keeps stocked at the house are very helpful and take the stress out of having to buy or bring all of the basics (bottled water, paper towels, detergents, soaps, spices, tin foil, plastic wrap, extra cooler, etc...). Some of the things we liked most about our experience included: the spacious layout of house, pool and pool area, proximity to amenitiies, privacy of the property, views of and access to the beach and most of all dealing with an owner who truly wants his guests to enjoy their vacation at the beach. Thank you Marc, we did and we look forward to going back.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

I recently returned from a great vacation week spent at 91 Dune Lane. I can't say enough about this property and it's owner, Marc. The description and photo's of this home are more than accurate. The beautiful ocean front location is reason enough to rent this property! Steps from you own private pool to the beach is unbeatable. Marc obviously takes great pride in maintaining his home. Upon our arrival, we found a very clean and inviting home fully stocked with everything needed to start our vacation...definitely a bonus! I clearly did not want to leave when it came time to end the vacation...so much so that I left some clothes in one of the dressers. I realized it as I was unpacking at home. I was hoping that perhaps the cleaning staff came across them. I contacted Marc and he was nice enough to run by the house to retrieve them and agreed to send them back to me by mail! Marc goes above and beyond to ensure a fabulous vacation. I'm already planning for next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway.
