It is at the end of a quiet, secluded street. The house is ideal for a great get aways as well as family reunions, parties, special events and weddings.
The historic Mobile brick stairway leads to great first impressions and lasting memories. As you enter through the mahogany front door, quality is evident.
The home is open and spacious with three nicely appointed bedrooms and a pull out sofa sleeper. The master suite includes a spacious master bath with Jacuzzi tub. The home sleeps up to 10. There is a gourmet kitchen, with eat-at counter and breakfast area. There is a formal dining room and living room. For entertainment, the upstairs family room has a large TV, DVD player, games, puzzles and movies. There is also a main floor laundry room for your convenience. The outdoor covered deck has bistro patio sets to enjoy the sunrise and bay views. The lower level is equipped with a fish cleaning station for you to enjoy your fresh "catch of the day" and a charcoal grill. The public boat launch is less than a mile away.
Southern Comfort is conveniently located minutes from I-10, downtown Mobile and shopping malls. It is approximately 20 minutes from Dauphin Island and 35 minutes to the Mississippi casinos in Biloxi.
