From owners: We have lived in various places around the world, including Northern California, Kauai, South India and North Carolina over the last 20 years. We lived at our Kauai home (this property) for five years and the whole time we were there it was a labor of love planting trees, laying the golf 'course', furnishing the interior of the house with items from our travels and artwork done by friends - we hope you will enjoy our home as much as we did! The Unique Benefits of this Estate Home
This is a unique and tranquil spot on Kauai's south shore. It feels like you are all by yourself on this 3+ acre estate, but Popipu beach is a mere 3 minutes away and old Koloa Town a 10 minute walk. There is a stream on the property along with bamboo groves and dozens of fruit trees, including avocado and lychee! You definitely will get closer to yourself (and those you are with) while staying here.
