This three-bedroom carriage house is located in the Pelican Sound Golf and River Club which is a gated community in Estero located west of US 41 between Naples and Fort Myers near Bonita Springs. Pelican Sound is on the Estero River and offers water access to the Gulf and Lover's Key State Park beaches by means of daily shuttles provided by the Club. A large swimming pool, spa and outdoor grilling facilities are a two minute walk away.

This first-floor unit (one of four in the building) offers great privacy and a view of the golf course. It is located just off the 9th tee of the Lakes Course. It has an attached two-car garage and a shared outdoor parking space for guests. The lanai is large with a southwest exposure - perfect for relaxing after the activities of the day and enjoying the sunsets.

Professionally decorated, this unit is almost 1800 square feet, nine-foot ceilings and a 260 square feet lanai. There is a great room, dinette, large kitchen with island counter, dining room, and laundry room. The three bedrooms have a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, and two twin beds. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bathroom is conventional in layout and serves bedrooms two and three.

Pelican Sound includes a 27-hole championship golf course, which is included in your rental for a $200 golf and tennis transfer fee. The tennis complex has six lighted "Har-Tru" courts. Additionally, you can enjoy access to the beautiful 18,000-square-foot Clubhouse and River Club, both with formal and casual dining and a full calendar of social events throughout the year. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center at the River Club, and the complimentary use of kayaks and canoes enables boating and wildlife viewing on the Estero River. Boaters can also inquire about on-premise facilities for boat storage and launching.
