Hilton Head Beach Villas is a spacious 30 unit complex spectacularly located on one of the most prized beachfront properties on the Island.
Our villa is designed with wall-to-wall windows on the kitchen/dining room/living room level and the lower level to maximize the pool and ocean view. We have completely renovated our deluxe, three bedroom villa which sleeps eight. Fabulous glazed wood cabinets with granite countertops are the backdrop of our well equipped kitchen.
The dining area has a table which seats six and a bar area seating two. Island themed furniture in the living room provides the perfect spot to watch your favorite movies on the flat screen TV. Take your morning coffee to the balcony off the living/dining area - a great place to listen to the birds and the sounds of the ocean.
You will enjoy the rich ceramic tile and the soft paint colors throughout the unit. Three full baths have been totally remodeled with new plumbing, fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, and ceramic tile showers. Two master bedroom suites located upstairs each feature a king-size bed, TV, and private bathroom. One master has a tub and separate shower and the other has a generous shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is located in the lower level off the family room. A bath on the entry level serves this bedroom.
The family room is a great place to gather around another large flat screen TV. With the DVD/VCR/CD player there should be something for everyone. A queen sofa sleeper and leather recliner also make this a comfortable place to curl up with a good book. Sliding glass doors lead to your own private patio with picnic table, grill, park-like grounds featuring two pools (adult and kiddie), and large sundeck with chaise lounges. Just beyond the grassy area you will find Hilton Head's finest sandy beaches. Miles of the most beautiful hard packed sand beach await you and we have arrangements with Riding Tigers Bike Rental to obtain discounted pricing on weekly bicycle rentals.
We provide Cable TV, VCR/DVD/CD players, hi-speed wireless internet, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, all towels and linens. (Please bring your own beach towels.) There is private parking for two cars at the villa.
11% S. Carolina tax and 4% admin fee added to weekly rate. No additional fees. No Pets.

This is an excellent unit overlooking the pool, with an easy walk (through the shaded courtyard) to the beautiful beach. The furnishings are upscale and comfortable (with great beds!), with plenty of room for the 6 women who were on a "girls only" vacation this year. It is a gated complex, with parking right at the villa's front door, and we felt very safe. The renovated tile bathrooms (3) were terrific, especially the master with a separate tub and shower. We did not cook, but the kitchen appeared to be well-stocked with everything you might need. The only "downside" is that the complex pool seems a bit small, although we never found it too crowded. I hope to return to this exact unit next summer with my family. The design of the villa makes it ideal for multi-family (or multi-generational) vacations. By the way, my husband and I rented a one-bedroom condo at The Breakers (nearer Coligny Plaza) last year from this same property owner - and it was also excellent (totally renovated) if you are looking for a smaller get-away spot.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our family (4 adults and 4 children) really enjoyed our stay on HHI the week of May 22, 2011. The villa was beautiful and had all the wonderful touches of home (granite counter tops, large washer/dryer, open kitchen, and very clean). The complex was nicely maintained and the location can't be beat. Just steps to the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza with its restaurants and shops - our faves included Frozen Moo, Just Pasta, and the fresh fish at Piggly Wiggly. We will definitely recommend the villa to our friends and family!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

We're back from HHI yesterday and really enjoyed your villa. You've done a fantastic job of updating and it has a really warm, friendly, bright decor and feel to it. Of course, great location too. We've been going to HHI for 26 yrs and stayed many places (usually in plantations, but some SFB too) and your unit is definitely among the best. We're frequent visitors, 2-3 x per year, and we will definitely keep you in mind in the future.
