Why the Owner Chose Lake Cliffe
Our hopes for our Lake Cliffe condominium is that it will help us to put our daughters through Azusa Pacific University in California.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We do not stay there because we live in Frisco, however, our families have both stayed there and enjoy the location right on the lake, next to the bike paths, and in the middle of Dillon. They also appreciate the location central to Summit County and all of the ski resorts.

We have lived in Summit County for nearly 30 years and have been involved with Summit County Search and Rescue, Training Search and Rescue Dogs, and Dan has a career in Real Estate Sales and Patti used to supervise the Copper Mountain Ski Patrol. We have two daughters in high school and college. We also have found a home with the people of Dillon Community Church and enjoy serving there.

The condo is very well appointed. . . all the comforts of home, but our favorite was the view. The snow put a kink into our biking plans, but we had fun walking along the lake, shopping the outlets & trips to Keystone, Aspen, Copper & of course Frisco and Breckenridge. Here for family reunion; lots of activities to celebrate a 50th birthday! Phil Vasser played a concert for Mary Watson's 50th! Weather was perfect for sailing, biking. Condo was nice, but I didn't spend much time in it as weather was so fabulous.
