front of house - Seacrest Beach, FL Vacation Rental We have open weeks for August. Please call or email! This beautiful 4 bedroom beach home is located in Seacrest Beach. Seacrest Beach is known for its 12,000 sq. foot pool, sidewalks and friendly neighborhood feel. Fresh, tasteful, and casual decor throughout the house give that old timey feeling where you just want to stay up late to hang out with your friends and family. When you enter the house, you'll see 10 foot ceilings and an open floor plan that leads into a living room that is comfortable for watching TV or reading a book. The spacious kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is great for large parties. Beyond the kitchen is a back deck perfect for grilling out or rinsing off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The dining room provides seating for 6 plus 4 more seats at the bar adjacent to the dining room table. There is also a game table with checkers and other games to enjoy with family and friends. The first floor also offers a bedroom at the main level with a queen size bed and private bathroom (perfect for family members that cannot climb stairs). The second floor includes a master bedroom (king size bed) which opens up onto a private porch great for reading a book or watching the susnset. The master bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub, large private shower and a large vanity. Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin beds a large open porch and a TV/VCR and is great for kids. Bedroom #4 includes a full size bed and shares a bathroom with bedroom #3. "Wine Down" is a short walk to a great 12,000 square foot pool with waterfalls (a favorite with kids). The pool offers 2 sets of bathrooms, lounge chairs that surround the pool and tables for a picnic lunch. There is a FREE shuttle service to and from the beach that can can pick you up with one phone call. "Wine Down" is within walking distance to several unique restaraunts and shops in Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach. Wine Down has wireless HI SPEED internet - so if you have to work on vacation, this is the perfect house for you. Just bring your laptop :) Also, we have a graco pack n play, a baby gate, a child bed rail, and a baby booster seat for the dining room for your convenience. Traveling with little ones is tough so this is four less things you need to bring! We are pet friendly for dogs under 25 lbs. There is a flat $40 pet fee.
