This spacious, 7 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom, vacation home with private pool is located on a perfect lakeside lot in the exclusive Terra Verde Resort and Spa. You are less than 2 miles from the heart of Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida, which features Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Sea World, Epcot Center, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Animal Kingdom and downtown Disney; among other attractions.
Enjoy our luxurious sleeping accommodations which feature 7 executive bedrooms. The 2 Master Bedrooms, one of which is located on the entry level, each contain King size beds, private baths with soaking tub and cable TVs. 3 Queen bedrooms also feature executive furnishings, including beds, dressers and cable TVs. The remaining 2 bedrooms feature 2 single beds per room and cable TVs/DVD players.
The home has a large, vaulted family room to relax in during the day or evening, with sumptuous sofas, stunning furnishings, a 52-inch TV screen, and DVD players, so you can watch your favorite movie while on vacation. If you want peace and quiet away from the family, choose to sit in our separate lounge, with overstuffed sofa and love-seat.
If you want to spend your days soaking in the Florida sunshine, then you've picked the perfect spot! Relax, and step into the crystal-clear waters of our private pool, or raised, bubbling spa pool that cascades a waterfall into the main pool, or simply lay back on one of our comfy loungers, or sit together for a family meal. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants.
The European-style kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need to prepare a family feast or a super-snack for the kids. Choose to eat at the formal dining area or at the breakfast bar that overlooks the lanai.
After a swim in the pool, enjoy a game of billiards or some high-energy hotshot basketball in the game room.
The driveway holds up to 4 cars and additional space for off-street parking is available.
This home is located in a private and secured development which features a clubhouse for Terra Verde residents and visitors. Among the amenities in the clubhouse is a large custom-designed pool and hot tub, sauna, exercise room, large game room, arcade, beach volleyball and tiki bar.
Also, remember that this area is only a 45 minute drive to Florida’s Coco Beach, Daytona Beach, Cape Canaveral Space Center, and 1 hour 30 minutes to Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater Beach Area.
