You just will not be able to find a Lake Winnepesaukee, on-water, rental like this for any less.
Enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the White Mountains and Gunstock from the oversized deck that wraps around the lakeside of the home. Don't worry, if you want to come inside, you will have just as good a view from the wall of windows that dominate the large Great Room. The Great Room provides a wonderful room for congregating as it is 23 feet by 26 feet and encompasses the kitchen, dining, and living rooms.
This house is tastefully and well-appointed throughout, and none of the furnishings saw their better days elsewhere to be retired here. The Master Bedroom and Master Bath are all that is on the 2nd floor, so nothing gets in the way of your view of the lake.
On-site, there is a shared beach and floating swim-dock, as well as a day dock. Additionally, at the base of our property is there is swim dock, although it is not legal for a boat and only useable for launching a kayak or canoe. This home sits on over 1/2 acre of lakefront land and is situated right on the lake. Stairs lead down from the house to the 150 ft. shared beach, swim, and picnic area.
Come relax in beautiful Wolfeboro, and see why it is "America's Oldest Resort Town" and the home of Mitt Romney's vacation home. You will truly be able to escape from the real world up here. Of course, the real world keeps moving even when you're not there, so there is High-Speed Cable internet to keep you informed. In addition there is free unlimited calling within the U.S. and Canada. Plenty of parking for over 5 cars, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

This Lake Winnipesaukee home in Winter Harbor is a great place for a vacation! We have stayed at this vacation rental for 5 summers, and my children look forward to it all year. The house is clean and spacious, the owners are helpful and accomodating, and the location can't be beat! We highly recommend this vacation home!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is truely a beautiful place to stay. It is close to a cozy little town and right on the lake. The house is cozy and welcoming. This is a great place to stay with little kids, teenagers, or even a getway weekend. If your looking for a nice place to stay w/ a great view this is it!!!

We had a terrific week on the most beautiful lake on the planet. The house was well supplied, cozy and had a million dollar view! There was plenty of room to gather and visit in the large living space, on the deck and down by the community beach. Once again we have had another great VRBO experience. Rocky and Susan

We had a wonderful week staying in this great lake house. The location is perfect- right on the water with a beach and docks. The water is crystal clear. The town of Wolfeboro is charming. We highly recommend this house!
Owner response:Thanks Elise. Just to clarify, we do not have a dock at which you can dock your boat, just a shared dock for loading and unloading. There is also no location for mooring of any boats.
