The first level includes, livingroom, 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, diningroom and bathroom. Off the livingroon sets an outside deck, with gas grill, that provides an excellent dining experience, or a relaxing retreat area 40 feet from the shore.
Upstairs consists of a FULL SIZE Master bedroom and bath! Also the First Mate's room.
View of the bay and neighboring islands are available 24/7 as is the laundry room.
There is a larger screen TV mounted above the sliding glass door which leads out to yet another private deck once again with a gorgeous view of the Atlantic.
For those who need an office area, a Captians Desk is located in front of a full set of windows. Additional pictures are available upon request!
Grays Campground offers Kayack Rentals on site!
Boothbay Harbor is about 5 minutes away and offers excellent New England restaurants, seaside shops,harbor trips, whale watching, fishing trips, hands on aquarium, bowling, pool, and much more!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Rental Rates: Paid in check or money order form. Daily rate $275
Weekly $1600 Begins Saturday at 2pm to the following Saturday at 10am.
Payment is made at time of check-in. A $450 non refundable security deposit is
required,per week, to hold the reservation, and is applied to rate at check-in.
An additional $100 pet deposit is required for most cats and dogs.Limit 2
Owners must agree to and sign a reliability/responsibility form.
* A $250.00 check will be needed as a refundable damage deposit.
Rental Price does not include Maine 7% state tax.

We hope to provide you and your mateys the best Maine Vacation ever!
We look forward to meeting all our guests at check in and to give them a tour of the Cottage and it's surroundings available to them through out the visit!

Why the Owner Chose Southport
The everchanging view of the ocean and being basically a rocks throw away from the water was a selling point indeed. Also the quiet and serenity that exists here.
If one wishes for seaside shopping. dining and entertainment it is all within a five minute drive.
A perfect "get away" home
The Unique Benefits of this House
Along with a constant view of the islands and the bay we can go walking for 3 minutes,down to the Historc All Saints Church and spend time at the picnic area and dock available there, or go swimming, boating, kayaking,and see the sights of not only Southport Island but Boothbay as well.
We love to have meals on the deck outside and entertain guests morning to night.
