YOUR SPECIAL AND WE KNOW IT! So we built this Special place just for YOU! We have 2 rooms this extra large one bed room . (#801 and #901) This is a corner unit, so it is bright with many extra windows. It even has a second sliding verandah door in the bedroom. The view from the bedroom is of the famous Ala Wai Canal, Golf course and mountains... It’s simply breath taking! It features two full sized beds, a desk/chair, and cable TV with over 60 channels.
This apartment can sleep 6 people. it was Renovated in August 2005 and NOW in September, It’s ready for you to enjoy. From the Living room you have a view of the famous Diamond Head Crater, and all of the people shopping on Kuhio ave. Also you can look down on the property’s big salt water pool!
This one bedroom apartment features a new “Furo (Japanese word for soaking tub) The best way to relax after a long day of sightseeing is soaking up to your neck in hot water. Two can soak, so enjoy yourself light a candle and relax! This is your Hawaiian Vacation embrace it!. There is also an adjacent shower area in the same “wet room. with independent controls.
The toilet area is in its own separate room and features a washelet toilet. This Japanese standard is truly an appreciated addition to this room( as well as some of our other rooms)! Not only do are Japanese clients appreciate the comforts of home but many of our American costumers have come to love it! Many have ordered this fixture for their own homes after experiencing the the comforts of this system. Let us know if you are interested and we can direct you to a dealer in your area. After trying it here many clients can not live with out it anymore.
The vanity area is also separate from the shower and toilet area - (Another Japanese standard)!
All the typical bathroom activities Bathing, brushing, toilet, are performed in separate area’s and can be utilized independently from one another.
We did a very costume three color tile job in the entry/ hallway. we even installed a two tone grout job to bring attention to costume pattern! We are artist in heart,mind, spirit and training and this apartment shows it!
This place also features new carpet, draperies, costume furniture, kitchen appliances and utensils. There are too many up grades to mention here!

This condo is located in the Waikiki Park Heights, 9th floor, 2440 Kuhio Ave, 2 minutes (a short 3 blocks) from the famous Waikiki Beach. The building is located on the quite side of Waikiki. It is also central to nearly everything. The building itself is quite, about half residential and very safe with friendly 24 hr security personnel.
Walking distance to the famous International Market place, Kapiolani park and the world class shopping and dining of Kalakaua ave. The beach is just down the street minutes by foot. The public bus as well as the waikiki trolley stop in front of the building next door.

My wife and I are pleased that you are interested in our home away from home. We have lived on the island for years and live close to town so we would be able to avail ourselves if you need to make your stay more comfortable. I have worked in the hotel industry for years in different capacities. I was an executive housekeeper so I understand the standard of cleanliness. I am an artist. I have been a handyman and renovation contractor for the hotels for years. I renovate all of our own units. My wife speaks fluent Japanese and she is a realtor. She is also an avatar master.
