We have different set ups to fit the needs of all visitors.
Bedrooms have either a King, a Queen, two twins or two full size beds.
As an artist and a contractor I add many custom details to my Condos. When renovating adding all these details will double your cost. Thats why you will not find this kind of attention to details in any other condo's.

YOU'RE SPECIAL AND WE KNOW IT! So we built this Special place just for YOU! We have 2 condos with an extra large bed room . (#801) This is a corner unit, so it is bright with many extra windows. It even has a second sliding verandah door in the bedroom. It features two full sized beds, a desk/chair, and cable TV with over 60 channels.
Apartment 801 can sleep 6 people. Mountain view from the bedrooms. From the Living room you can view a bit of the famous Diamond Head Crater. Plus people watching as they shop on Kuhio Ave or swim in the property’s big salt water pool!
This one bedroom apartment features a new “Furo (Japanese word for soaking tub) The best way to relax after a long day of sightseeing is soaking up to your neck in hot water. So enjoy yourself, light a candle and relax! This is your Hawaiian Vacation, embrace it!. There is also an adjacent shower area in the same “wet room' with independent controls.
The toilet area is in its own separate room and 801 features a washerette toilet. This Japanese standard is truly an appreciated addition to this room (as well as some of our other rooms)! Not only do are Japanese clients appreciate the comforts of home but many of our American customers have come to love it! Many have ordered this fixture for their own homes after experiencing the comforts of this system. Let us know if you are interested and we can direct you to a dealer in your area. After trying it here, many clients can not live with out it anymore.
The vanity area is also separate from the shower and toilet area - (Another Japanese standard)!
All the typical bathroom activities Bathing, brushing, toilet, are performed in separate areas and can be utilized independently from one another.
The place is squeaky clean and ready ready for your enjoyment!

This condo is located in the Waikiki Park Heights, 2440 Kuhio Ave, 2 minutes (a short 3 blocks) from the famous Waikiki Beach. The building is located on the quiet side of Waikiki. It is also central to nearly everything. The building itself is quiet, about half residential and very safe with friendly 24 hr security personnel.
Walking distance to the famous International Market Place, Kapiolani Park and the world class shopping and dining of Kalakaua ave. The beach is just down the street minutes by foot. The public bus as well as the waikiki trolley stop in front of the building next door.

Oahu Beaches
Ali’i Beach Park-
Also called the 'Royal' Beach, Ali'i beach is noted for its swimming and surfing. Swimming is the best in the small protected bay area on the South side of the beach. Surfers frequent this beach as it has some of the best waves on the island. Baywatch Hawaii, a popular television show, did a great deal of filming on the North Shore often using this beach and the Hale'iwa Surf Center.
Chuns Reef-
This sandy and rocky beach is located just east of Waimea Bay. It is a premier surfing site for the experienced surfer during the winter months when the waves are consistently large and powerful. During the calmer summer months, this is a great place to snorkel, swim and enjoy the view. Sea turtles are often seen near the shoreline here.
‘Ehukai Beach Park-
'Ehukai, or 'Reddish Tinged Water', is the home of the famous Bonzai Pipeline. When the surf is pounding, this beautiful North Shore beach can be the most spectacular and the most dangerous in the world. When the waves are steep and powerful, they break furiously on the shallow reef. In calmer months, usually spring and summer, swimming is good over the sandbar.
Halona Beach Cove-
Known as 'The Peering Place', this cove is situated to the right of the Halona Blowhole. The rocky cove has a small sandy beach that is great for swimming when the surf is calm. This beach is probably best known as the site of the famous love scene between Burt Lancaster and Deborah Kerr in the 1953 movie, From Here to Eternity.
Hukilau Beach Park-
The word Hukilau comes from the Hawaiian words 'huki' meaning pull and 'lau' meaning net. The community would gather to pull the fishing nets into the shore and then celebrate the catch with a festival. Hukilau festivals were held on this beach between the 1940's through the 1970's. This traditional and ancient Hawaiian event inspired Authur Godfrey to write the famous song, 'Going to the Hukilau'. Today this beautiful beach is better known for it's sand, surf, and relaxing atmosphere.
Ka’ena Point State Park-
Ka'ena Point State Park is an 853-acre strip of land that wraps around the 9-mile western point of O'ahu between Dillingham Airfield and Makua Military Reservation. This undeveloped nature preserve is home to numerous seabirds and rare native plants. Hiking to the point provides wonderful views of the north and south coastlines of the island. Hawaiian folklore states that Ka'ena Point was the 'jumping off' place for souls leaving this life.

Everything was great. The bed is super comfortable as are the pillows. Had the best sleeps!!! Lots of dishes, cultery, towels and bedding and coffee. Wonderful. Waikiki Park Heights is a good place to stay. It's close to bus stops, ABC stores, Food Pantry, many ono restaurants, and world famous Waikiki Beach. I shared this condo with my friends from Japan and we loved the deep soaking bathtub. The owner is very friendly and kind, and security people at the condo were also nice. I highly recommend this place! MahaloRecommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.

Wonderful location. Walk to one of the best beaches and shopping and restaurant galore. No view but a small porch for enjoying the out of doors for breakfast or dinner. Comfortably furnished and good building with security and nice people. Would recommend it and look forward to returning.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

About the owner: We are pleased that you are interested in our home away from home. We have lived on the island for years and live close to town so we would be able to avail ourselves if you need to make your stay more comfortable. I have worked in the hotel industry for years in different capacities. I was an executive housekeeper so I understand the standard of cleanliness. I am an artist. I have been a handyman and renovation contractor for the hotels for years. I renovate all of our own units.

To choose the best over hundreds in Waikiki starts with learning the area. I reserched different condos, their locations and came up with Waikiki Park Heights. I have learned through the years that a convenient location, security and safety as well as a quiet building were most important. As well as having a mix of condos to suite different desires and needs we have 1 bedrooms with no ocean views for the pratical more econonomic traveler, 1 bedrooms with great ocean views, one with a full kitchen stove/oven and 3 bedrooms with spectacular ocean views. Our condos are situated off the street with rooms set in the back for a peaceful vacation and central air for maximum comfort. The security is 24 hours hours with great security on the premises.
