Why the Owner Chose Peck Plaza
I bought at Peck Plaza because of the unique shape of the building, because the building is round you will see views from every room. You can enjoy the Ocean in the day and the beautiful intercoastal at night. I love the location it is right on the beach, has a wonderful restaurant on top of the building and other are very close. It's not that far away from the attractions, you can visit Cape Canaveral which is about and hour away, St. Augustine, Daytona light house which is in Ponce Inlet and of course all the Orlando attractions,Disney, Universal, Water Parks, and so much more to do.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I love the private parking under the building, take the evelavator right to the 18th floor. The building is very solid, it offers security and it is so private.

We had an excellent week at this condo. It was very comfortable and functional. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The views were spectacular and the security and privacy of Peck Plaza was very nice. I would definately go back again!!!

Everything you need for a nice vacation.From the unit a view of the ocean and the intercoastal waterway!The lights from the city also provided a wonderful view at night.Right on the beach.Nice place would stay again cheerfully.

We spent a lot of our week in the condo due to Tropical Storm Fay. It is nicely and tastefully furnished and the beds are very comfortable. Just about all you need. It helped make a bad situation somewhat better. Owner is very nice and responsive. Would certainly recommend it.
