Beautifully decorated condo with ocean view from the patio. One minute walk to world's safest beach which is rated the #1 swimming beach in California. Surf/beach theme. Downstairs unit with access to beach from patio. Built-in bar on patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean, mountain, and sunset views. There is a gas grill on the patio for barbecuing. New 42 inch LCD Samsung 1080p HD television and HD cable. LG upconverting to 1080i DVD player, Yamaha receiver with JBL surround sound and iPod input. There is wireless internet for your convenience.
Beautiful beach know as "the world's safetst beach." Great place to surf and boogie board. Lifeguard and ocean activities center right there. Kayaks for rent. Great location. Walk to town or borrow our bikes. Safe town to let kids be kids! Excellent place to relax. Slow-paced town, but it's only 10 minutes to Santa Barbara if you want nightlife.

It's an amazing beach where kids of all ages can splash, swim, boogie board, surf, and just play in the sand! We love that it's easy to walk or ride bikes to get around the cozy town. Once we arrive we don't have to drive to get around!
