Beautifully decorated condo with ocean view from the patio. One minute walk to world's safest beach which is rated the #1 swimming beach in California. Surf/beach theme. Downstairs unit with access to beach from patio. Built-in bar on patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean, mountain, and sunset views. There is a gas grill on the patio for barbecuing. New 42 inch LCD Samsung 1080p HD television and HD cable. LG upconverting to 1080i DVD player, Yamaha receiver with JBL surround sound and iPod input. There is wireless internet for your convenience.
Beautiful beach known as "the world's safetst beach." Great place to surf and boogie board. Lifeguard and ocean activities center right there. Kayaks for rent. Great location. Walk to town or borrow our bikes. Safe town to let kids be kids! Excellent place to relax. Slow-paced town, but it's only 10 minutes to Santa Barbara if you want nightlife.
Two queen beds and two roll away beds. Both roll away beds fit in bedroom with mural above bed.
There are two pools and a jacuzzi. The pools are heated year round.
The condo is located at 4700 Sandyland Road, Unit 3
in the Solimar Sands complex at the corner of Sandyland and Ash St.
There are 5 bikes (2 beach cruisers, 2 mountain bikes and a BMX bike), 4 boogie boards, wetsuits, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys, board games, DVD movies, cards, Uno, coloring books, etc.

Ok, while we'd like to think a beach vacation is all about the moms relaxing, the reality is, it's not! If the kids are bored then we're miserable. Well, good news ladies, that never happened, not even once! Our kids were in the water for at least 5 hours a day, then they were downtown. We have 13,12 and 9 yr olds and other than sitting on the beach (with a cocktail, of course) while they were boogie boarding we never saw them till dark. Linda, your condo is better than you describe it! And cuisinart pots! My two girlfriends and I are headed to the hospital for liver transplants from our stay. HA! And now that we are home the kids are bored! Shocking! We shall return! Wish you weren't so popular. ;-(. Thanks for the best Easter vaca ever!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Great recovery spot after 3 days down at Disney! Mountains on oneside - beach on the other - one very happy family! My husband, 9yo, 6yo and I had a great old fashioned family beach holiday with boogie boards, wet suits (kids just had to wear them even though it was too hot) buckets/shovels and, beach chairs and umbrella all provided. Mornings on the beach, grab lunch from town (great sandwiches from Cupcake shop), afternoons around the pool. Many options for dinner in Carp. Plus we did a lovely day trip into Santa Barbara for some shopping, the pier and carousel. The condo is perfect with the patio access to a 1/2 block wander to the sand. Wish this place was nearer to our home - would quickly become out beach house option :)Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend. What a wonderful town and not too crazy with tourists. So close to the beach we were able to go quite a bit and come back and relax at this condo. This place was wonderful for us with two small children. They have everything you can imagine and the pool is wonderful. Thanks so much for everything! Linda and Rick have a great condo!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

Great place for a family get away! The property was exactly as described, the photos are accurate, and the condo is homey, well maintained, & well stocked. The owners are easy to communicate with & friendly, they go the extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect. We will be back and we would definitely recommend it to a friend! All greatly appreciated. This week was very special for our family. Being together at the beach made us all connect and enjoy this precious time.
