  The location and size of the property was great. The condo unit, as advertised, has been remolded, clean, and well supplied with cooking ware, dishes, and appliances. The Winn Dixie was easily in walking distance. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony reading, eating and having a cocktail or two. The property is pet friendly and the building owners provide the necessary bags and depository on the property so we did not have to use the bags we brought from home. We were on the 7th floor and we rarely waited for an elevator and the elevator was fast. The Pier and the Pier restaurants and shopping were only 1.4 miles away. The negatives were the size and location of the swimming pool, the difficultly of parking a small SUV under the building and the missing luggage carriers when we arrived Sunday afternoon and after grocery shopping that evening.

  Owner response: Be assured we always address any issues within our control promptly. Although we are not sure what difficulty you had parking, our other guests have found the under building parking only a short walk from the elevator much more convenient than parking in a deck across the street required at newer properties. Unfortunately, some other guests do not return the luggage cart they use back to the ground floor as they should. Although an isolated occurance, this can sometimes happen during busy rental periods.

  Stayed in 2012, booking again in 2013. Really enjoyed our visit. Condo and view are beautiful. Our trip was very relaxing. Especially liked listening to the water at night and walking along the beach in the morning. Very quiet. Everything you need is there. We ate in alot, enjoyed cooking. Great kitchen and nice updated bathrooms. Shopped at WalMart and Target. Great oysters at Dustys. I have a high stress job and was really looking forward to relaxing. If you need the same, you won't find better anywhere! It was wonderful!!!!

  Dealing with Dean and Julie was a positive experience. The condo was large and offered us a magnificent view of the ocean and sunsets. One of our fourite places to go was Pier Park and being March break made it the experience more fun. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. We definitely recommnd this condo for a good time in comfortable surroundings.

  My husband and I with another couple rented Dean and Julie's condo for the month of February, if you are looking for a very nice place to stay, this is it!, the condo is beautifully decorated with all the amenities. The view from the balcony is beautiful and visable from every room in this condo. The location is 1/2 mile from Pier Park for shopping and dining. The beach is white sand and turquois water, you couldn't ask for more. Dean will give you all the information you require for your stay and goes out of his way to ensure that your vacation is pleasureable. We will definately be back to this wonderful condo soon. Thanks Dean and Julie for sharing your wonderful home, we had a great time.

  Wow, the sunsets and walks on the beach were amazing. The accomadations were outstanding. With such beautiful beaches, we spent little time indoors. It had been ten years since I was last in Florida after living there for 23 years and I must say that the one constant was the breath taking views of the beaches and sunsets. We would highly recommend this unit to everyone. I can't say enough how great it was to get away and just relax in such fine accomodations. We hope to come back for a longer stay. Will have to check out a monthly rental. :-)

  Located close enough to the wonderful Pier Park and a short walk to the grocery store, Sea Chase condominiums have everything you could want in a beach vacation. The well appointed condo (704E) had the spectacular views as promised. Beautiful updated kitchen, made cooking a pleasure especially when you could look out at the Gulf. I would stay again anytime and highly recommend this unit especially with all the help Dean (the owner) provides. He was extremely helpful and courteous to work with and made this the easiest stay I have had in years.

  This is such a beautiful condo! If you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay, with a fantastic view and incredible non-crowded beach....this is the place. Gorgeous decorations and a stunning kitchen! My favorite part.....I got to bring my puppy with me :) Thank you Dean and Julie!

  We enjoyed this location very much condo is well decorated, beach not crowded, great veiw from all rooms, very convenient to restaurants,shopping and other activities. To top it off we could bring our dog Gizzy!

  Dean and Julie, We had an absolute blast staying in your home away from home. The view was incredible. Sitting on the balcony just relaxing was our favorite part! (future renters: BRING BINCOCULARS to watch the dolphins!) The kitchen was great. Didn't mind cooking on vacation! The property was clean and beach access was so easy. Our teenage son and his friend had a great time too! Thank you for the recommendation to eat at Dusty's. We did, twice!! We also ate at Fatty's Sandwich Shop and it was delicious! Thanks for letting us stay!-The Hopper's-Arkansas

  We really enjoyed our visit to the quieter side of Panama City, Seachase was a great complex and the condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and we really loved the view, it was amazing. The beach was beautiful and the water color was the most beautiful I have ever seen and I have been coming the the gulf for years. We went to Dusty's a local favorite, but you have to get there early! It was our teenage boys favorite oysters. We also went to Shuckum's which was good as well and we went to Bishop's for the all you can eat crab legs. The pool was a little small but never crowded and was actually perfect for the size of the complex. We would stay again for sure. Thanks for sharing your home with us
