Why the Owner Chose Seachase
When we sold our 1 bedroom condo in Seacrest on Hwy 30A, we looked at condos up and down the coast all the way to Alabama. We decided on Seachase because of the unique layout of the condo, parallel to the beach. The floor plan allows every room to have a floor to ceiling glass wall. They can't afford to build like that anymore! Plus the location is great, close to Pier Park, plus it's on the more quiet end of Panama City Beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
It's a smaller complex (62 units) so we never have to wait on an elevator like the new giant size properties, the access is great because we park directly under the building, and the beach is never crowded, we have 600 ft. of beach all to ourselves!

Georgia natives Julie and Dean Taylor live in Roswell, GA a suburb of Atlanta. Dean is an actor in commercials and corporate films and Julie is a Senior Sales Consultant with Skyline Southeast, a manufacturer and supplier of trade show exhibits and graphics. "We love getting to our condo on the beach when we can because it's a refreshing change from the hills in our neighborhood. Plus it's only 6 hours from Atlanta. Our schedules are hectic so relaxing right on the beach is wonderful. I just wish we could get down more often!"

Dean and Julie, My family enjoyed our stay at your condo. The condo had all the amentities of home and it is in a great location. Since this unit is in a smaller complex we had less people to crowd the beach and had little to no wait for the elevators. Also, other complexes seem to have quite a bit of light polution at night - not the case with this complex. We look forward to renting from you again! We wish we would have booked two weeks instead of one!

My husband and I spent the month of January in this beautiful condo and it was everything that was described. It's beautifully decorated and very clean...in fact, we didn't see even one bug in the entire month that we were there. We would recommend it to our family and friends and Dusty's Oyster Bar was a great place to eat. The view is beautiful and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. We will definitely return for another vacation.

If anyone is undecided about which condo to rent in Panama city beach, then look no further. This place was beautiful and just as described. I just can't say enough about our experience there or the owner. We were in a bind from a bad experience with another place. Dean (owner) as helpful as anyone could be. This place is worth every penny!!! and more!! It was breathtaking beautiful. The view was more than you can imagine. The condo was well equipped ,decorated, clean and great location. We just returned from a week of heaven in Panama City Beach. The condo pictures were lovely but seeing it in person was unbelievably awesome! The decor reminded me of a trip I had previously made to the Hay-Adams Hotel in Washington, D.C. This condo was like walking into a decorator's dream house. At every turn, there was another West Indies touch that enabled the condo to become a one-of-a-kind elegance. The emerald green ocean, with its white "powdered-sugar" sand coastline, was breathtaking. The sunsets were beyond description. Did I mention the local cuisine? A paradise in Panama City Beach -- we'll be back! The owners, Dean & Julie Taylor, were very professional and helpful. Kudos to them for allowing others to enjoy their luxurious home at such a reasonable price.

Thank you so much Dean for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. We had an amazing time from eating at Angelo's to losing a little money at the Ebro Dog Tracks.
