I cannot say enough about this gorgeous condo. Everyone, including the dogs, loved every aspect of it. My sister, brother & his wife & 2 dogs had a perfect vacation. Friends from Watercolor came to visit & could not believe how spacious & well planned it was - especially the gorgous new kitchen. Just a warning - you WILL NOT want to leave!!!

My family stayed here recently and I would definately recommend renting this condo for your next vacation. The view from the wall of windows was amazing! It was very nicely furnished just as described. Great location and a beautiful quiet beach. We are looking forward to our next visit!

My wife and I spent February and March, 2011, and March 2012 at this condo and loved our time there very much. The pictures provided in the VRBO listing are "what you get", a very nicely decorated unit on the quiet end (East) of the two tower complex. Seachase is on the west end of the beach, yet is close to everything. Pier Park is less than two miles and an easy drive to Panama City when accessed via Panama City Beach Parkway (98). Close to excellent golf courses, shopping, fishing and great eating establishments. Two of the top 5 oyster bars in NW Florida are nearby (Dusty's and Hunt's). Lots to do and a great place to reside while in the area. Dean is very prompt about answering questions or addressing needs via email. Everything about our stays was first rate. Highly recommended!!

A Beautiful Condo!

We spent the month of February in this Condo and we enjoyed it immensely. We have always stayed down on the east side of PCB on Thomas Drive but decided to try the west side as it seems to have less traffic and noise. We found this condo through VRBO and the listing description and photos were accurate. If anything, the condo exceeded the expectations we had from the website. You can tell that the owners, Julie and Dean, take great pride in their condo. When we arrived the property was spotless. Even the wall to wall windows were squeaky clean. The furniture was very comfortable and the wall mounted flat screen TV was great on rainy days. You won't be watching too much TV however, as the view from the condo was magnificent. We enjoyed sitting at the bar on the balcony having a cocktail and watching the dolphins swim and play. We saw the dolphins just about everyday. The sunsets were beautiful. There are restaurants and a Winn Dixie within walking distance which is a convenience. Pier Park is about a mile down the road. One great thing was how attentive the owners were. Throughout the month we would get occasional emails telling us about upcoming happenings in the area. A nice touch that made us feel more like a friend and not just a customer. We really can't say enough about how nice our stay was at 704E Seachase and would absolutely recommend this condo to everyone.

Dean and Julie, My family enjoyed our stay at your condo. The condo had all the amentities of home and it is in a great location. Since this unit is in a smaller complex we had less people to crowd the beach and had little to no wait for the elevators. Also, other complexes seem to have quite a bit of light polution at night - not the case with this complex. We look forward to renting from you again! We wish we would have booked two weeks instead of one!

The pictures accurately portrayed your beautiful place. This smaller building meant that we didn't have to wait on the elevator each time and that we experienced a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I spent the month of January in this beautiful condo and it was everything that was described. It's beautifully decorated and very clean...in fact, we didn't see even one bug in the entire month that we were there. We would recommend it to our family and friends and Dusty's Oyster Bar was a great place to eat. The view is beautiful and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. We will definitely return for another vacation.

If anyone is undecided about which condo to rent in Panama city beach, then look no further. This place was beautiful and just as described. I just can't say enough about our experience there or the owner. We were in a bind from a bad experience with another place. Dean (owner) as helpful as anyone could be. This place is worth every penny!!! and more!! It was breathtaking beautiful. The view was more than you can imagine. The condo was well equipped ,decorated, clean and great location. We just returned from a week of heaven in Panama City Beach. The condo pictures were lovely but seeing it in person was unbelievably awesome! The decor reminded me of a trip I had previously made to the Hay-Adams Hotel in Washington, D.C. This condo was like walking into a decorator's dream house. At every turn, there was another West Indies touch that enabled the condo to become a one-of-a-kind elegance. The emerald green ocean, with its white "powdered-sugar" sand coastline, was breathtaking. The sunsets were beyond description. Did I mention the local cuisine? A paradise in Panama City Beach -- we'll be back! The owners, Dean & Julie Taylor, were very professional and helpful. Kudos to them for allowing others to enjoy their luxurious home at such a reasonable price.

Dean and Julie, We LOVED the condo, we had such a good time. The unit is beautiful and the weather was beautiful. We were a little worried about the oil spill, but PCB has NO oil and the beaches and ocean are as gorgeous as ever.The unit was everything we could've asked for and had enough room for all. Joey's on the Beach had the best pizza, it might've been the view from the blacony as we ate that made it so good. But, we credited the pizza. LOL!We took the best pictures on the beach at sunset. I can't say enough good things about the location, the unit and the coded door was awesome. None of us had to worry about losing keys on the beach! Thanks so much for everything. My family and I stayed 11 days over the Christmas holidays. Wow!!! The condo was beyond our expectations. We are well traveled and a bit spoiled and this fit the bill on all levels. The view is awesome. Everything was first class and very clean. The location is very convenient to all areas of the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. Total Gulf and beach view in each room. We will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

It was my pleasure to spend the month of January 2008 at your lovely condo. Neighbors told me that it had been recently redecorated; you certainly did an outstanding job. You have created a warm, welcoming environment that made me feel as though I was a guest in your personal residence. It was exactly as presented online, the photos actually didn't do it justice. The view is incredible. I went to sleep each night and woke each morning to the sound of the ocean. I joined shell seekers digging in the sand shelf in front of the complex and brought home some lovely specimens. All in all a wonderful experience.
