at the lake of the Ozarks is a beautiful complex to spend your vacation. Our condo is equiped with new, stylish furnishings, professionally cleaned after each guest departs, and deep cleanings between guests. Anything else would unacceptable!! We pride ourselves in a Very Clean and Well kept, updated Condo! We have all new flat screen tvs in both bedrooms and the livingroom. The view is spectacular of the main channel! And yet our boat slip is just a short walk from the condo, the dock is right by our deck. We are on ground level, so you can walk off our deck and down to the docks, and yet be right near the main end pool, on the main channel. The lake has so much to offer; (boating & swimming in season), fishing, walking or riding bikes on the many trails, or enjoy just sitting on the deck relaxing and enjoying the breeze as you sip on your drink and watch the boats go by. If you prefer, we are close to shopping, restaurants, movie theatre and nightlife entertainment. Fun for everyone!
For your added convenience, we have keyless entry. So, NO MORE KEYS TO WORRY ABOUT! A push of buttons and you are in. We also offer wireless internet. Now you can do your last minute reports or surfing the web while sipping a drink on the deck watching the boats go by.
We accept check, money orders or credit cards for your convenience. Just that simple - give us a call, we make it easy for bookings. We want your trip to be everything that you hope and dream for it to be. If there is anything else that we can do to help make this a very fun and lasting memory, please ask. We
will do all that we can. We are here for you and we want you to enjoy the condo.
NO SMOKING IN THE CONDO OR ON THE DECK! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WILL BE ALLOWED TO RENT. NO CANDLES ALLOWED. A $200.00 (FULLY REFUNDABALE AFTER CONDO INSPECTION), DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO HOLD RESERVATIONS. QUIET HOURS ARE ENFORCED, 11-pm to 7am.
This condo continues to be updated and furnished with top quality new furnishings, as well as cleaned and sanitized after each guest by a professional cleaning service. Anything else would not be acceptable!
So, come and enjoy our condo, the comfort and style that you have come to expect. In our condo, at the ledges, you enjoy the view of the main channel, What a sight! We offer a queen-size pillow-top bed in the master bedroom, with a master bath, large mirror, double vanity, glass shower, and cherry wood decor furniture.
We have a walk-in closet for extra convenience, cable TV, wireless internet, and remote controlled ceiling fan and lights (control it all from the bed!) The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed with cable TV, and a bath around the corner.
We have also added a queen-size sofa sleeper in the livingroom for your extra guests, or children. For those who want to relax by the tv, we have a comfortable recliner and reclining loveseat.
The kitchen offers all new stainless steel appliances and is fully-equipped for all your cooking needs, as well as a Bunn Coffee maker, blender, toaster,can opener, pots and pans, and casserole dishes for cooking. But, if you prefer, enjoy cooking dinner on our deck with our new stainless steel large grill, as you watch the boats come and go. The nights are very comfortable, so sit back and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The ceiling fan will offer a breeze if it is a warm day, and keep the smoke a way while grilling.
The condo offers a washer and dryer for your extended stays. We have a beautiful white marble gas fireplace, flat screen tv with cable, a DVD player, games for the kids and adults, remote control lights and ceiling fan, seating around a glass top dining room table and chairs, Sofa sleeper, reclining love seat, and extra seating at the bar. The complex offers two pools, one
at the end of the complex overlooking the main channel, only a short walk from our deck, the other pool is near the sandy beach, open only during season. And to add to the security at the Ledges, security guards are on the premises during the season. Keep in mind that they are there to do their job and they will do it. Do not risk your vacation just for being crazy! We have high back chairs on the deck to see over the railing and we have a gate on our deck to help secure the children when the parents are enjoying the lake view.
Our condo offers 2 fire exits, as our deck walks right on to the ground, which is only a few feet from the water! This is much safer, you can go out the front door, or you can go out the patio door, which is ground level.
WE KNOW THAT SAFETY IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE, WHETHER AT HOME OR ON VACATION! We pray that we would never have to deal with it, but we can rest easy knowing that we are the safest that we can be. For the storms that come along during the summer, we are below the parking, ground level so we are in the safest area that we can be. We strive to have a very safe environment for you and your family!! We also offer a 10x30' boat slip for $15/night.
Cancelation Policy - If you cancel 45 days prior to arrival you will receive your money back, minus a $75.00 administration fee. If you cancel 30 days or less and we are able to re-rent the condo, then we will return your money minus the $75.00 Administration fee. If we are not able to re-rent the condo then you will receive only your deposit money. Each individual situation is taken into consideration by the manager at the time. Emergency cases are of course exceptions to the rules and will be determined at the time of cancelation. Please call us as soon as you know that there is an issue. We will do all that we can to work with you.

Wow what an experience! This is the first time our family has rented a condo and our expectations were surpassed. Everything about this rental; from the conversations with the owners during the arrangements to the day we left were great. The pictures on the web site do not do this property justice. Super clean, super convenient, super comfortable, super quiet...SUPERB

Jody was great to work with. She was easy to reach by phone. The condo is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The boat slip was only a 1 minute walk away.

We just returned from a weekend stay at the condo. Condo was well decorated, clean and very reasonably priced. Jodi was great to work with and very professional. She went out of her way to make sure that we had a good weekend.We will definately return to this condo.

My husband, myself and another couple had the privilege of staying at this wonderful condo in September, 2006. We had a simply perfect week-end! The condo is an absolute dream. The view from the deck was stunning. It was affordable, convenient, restful and most of all FUN! Everything was provided we could possibly need or want and Jody & Ron went out of their to ensure we had an incredible time. We all decided we'll be back multiple times!!
