The lake is beautiful, the ducks are swimming, the birds are singing, boats are on the lake, and we are ready to plan our summer vacations and weekend get-a-ways. Get out of the winter blues and get into the summer mood! Time to be thinking of the summer and those warm, sunny days at the lake. What a great feeling knowing that your plans and your reservations are made and you wont have to worry about a place to stay for your vacation. Whether you plan to bring the kids or just enjoy some time alone, you can now make plans for your vacation, it will be fun and exciting, something to look forward to. All of our lives are hectic, we all need to get away and have some rest and relaxation from our daily lives. Book your dates for the summer now. What a sight it is! Those are the memories we want to think about. Sit on the deck, sipping a cup of coffee and reflecting on our many blessings we each have. There is always shopping, restraunts, take in a movie, or just enjoy the sites at the lake. So, start planning now.

For an added convenience, we have a programmable door lock. So, no more keys to worry about! A push of buttons, and you are in. It certainly makes it easier than trying to make sure that everyone has a key, or that you do not loose that key when you are boating or swimming, and you are locked out. We also offer wireless internet. Now you will even be able to sit at the lake and finish those last minute deals back at the office, how great is that? So, if you are running a little late on a project, or a report needs to done, that's ok, finish it at the lake. Sit on the deck, feel the warm breeze, listen to the waves on a warm sunny day, enjoy the boats as they pass by in the main channel, as you continue to use your computer. Now that is the way to do our job!
We accept credit cards for your convenience as well. So, even for any of those last minutes bookings, we can handle it!! Once you have given us your card --- your reservation is guaranteed. Just that simple - give us a call and we will be happy to help you. We take the worries out of your bookings.

This condo has been furnished with top quality furnishings for your comfort and style, all of which are new.
In our condo, at the ledges, you enjoy the view of the main channel, What a sight! We offer a queen-size pillow-top bed in the master bedroom, with a master bath, a large mirror, double vanity, cherry wood decor for the bedroom furniture, a walk-in closet for extra convenience, cable TV, wireless internet, and remote controlled ceiling fan and lights (control it all from the bed!).
The second bedroom also has a new queen-size bed with cable TV, and a bath around the corner. We have also added a queen-size sofa sleeper in the livingroom for your extra guests, and for those who want to relax by the tv, we have a comfortable recliner and reclining loveseat.
The kitchen offers all new stainless steel appliances and is fully-equipped for all your cooking needs. But, if you prefer, enjoy cooking dinner on our grill on the deck as you watch the boats come and go. The nights are very comfortable, so sit back and enjoy the beautiful sunsets along with the ceiling fan to keep the smoke a way, and offer a cool breeze if it is too hot.
The condo offers a washer and dryer for your extended stays.
For times when you are not out enjoying the beauty of the Lake of the Ozarks - enjoy what the living room offers. We have a beautiful white marble gas fireplace, cable TV with DVD player, games for the kids and adults, remote control lights and ceiling fan, seating around a glass top dining room table and chairs, Sofa sleeper, reclining love seat, and extra seating at the bar.
The complex offers two pools, one at the end of the complex overlooking the main channel, only a short walk from our deck, the other pool is near the sandy beach. And to add to the security at the Ledges, a security guard is on the premises. We have high back chairs on the deck to see over the railing and now we have a gate on our deck to help secure the children when the parents are enjoying the lake view.
Our condo offers 2 fire exits, as our deck walks right on to the ground, which is only a few feet from the water! This is much safer than being on other levels without the safety of being able to get out the patio door, since we are on ground level. WE KNOW THAT SAFETY IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE, WHETHER AT HOME OR ON VACATION! We pray that we would never have to deal with it, but we can rest easy knowing that we are the safest that we can be. We strive to have a very safe environment for you and your family!! |
