Our villa was completed in May 2006 & is situated on a large corner lot in the gated resort community of Windsor Hills. Enjoy the modern/contemporary look of this 6 bed 4 bath home with its clean lines and earth tones in every room. There are 2 king master en-suites, a third bedroom with a king size bed, 6 twin beds and queen sleeper sofa that will comfortably sleep 14 – all bedrooms have their own TV. The garage has been converted into a lavish games room with a slate-bed pool table, Foosball, & air hockey tables together with a PlayStation 2.
We are also pleased to offer free high speed wireless internet together with free long distance, & international phone calls (excludes mobile phone numbers in most countries).
When you need to recuperate for the next action packed day you can relax in front of the 60' LED HD TV (with HD pack) or soak up the Florida sunshine by your own south facing private pool & spa.

Out & About - Theme Parks: A trip to Orlando would not be complete without a visit to Disney to meet Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and their friends. At Magic Kingdom you’ll find Cinderella’s Castle & Animal Kingdom provides one of the premier wildlife parks in the world. The Disney complex also includes MGM Studios, Epcot, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach – there’s something for everyone & if you love firework displays you'll be in the right place! If you’re looking for thrills, the rides at Islands of Adventure and at Universal Studios will also get the blood pumping & you can laugh along with Shrek d Donkey or help ET save his planet. Water is also a major feature at the parks whether you & enjoy the slides at Wet ‘n’ Wild or learning about the Florida wildlife at Seaworld – both in Orlando. Busch Gardens in Tampa (about 1 1/2 hours by car) provides some huge adrenaline rushes - Shei Kra carries riders up 200 feet at 45 degrees, then hurtles them 70 mph back toward the ground at a 90-degree angle.

A Little Further Afield: The coastlines of Florida are simply stunning. Clear water beach is a beautiful peninsula located on Florida's West coast and is bordered by the Gulf of Mexico to the west & by Tampa Bay to the east.

As well as your own private pool there is the large communal resort pool with a water slide and dancing fountains. For your convenience there is a sundries shop with snacks, drinks and ice creams. My family and I stayed at the house for 10 days during April 2010. This was our third trip to Florida but the first time we had rented an entire house and we were not disapointed! As soon as we arrived we knew we had made a great choice. And if we were to book again we would certainly not hesitate in returning. If there were any downsides it would be that it put our own home in the UK to shame and as there were only 5 of us in the family the house seemed somewhat overwhelming..next time we will come with another family so that more people could experience such a fantastic holiday retreat. Better than a 5 * hotel. Thanks to the owners for letting us stay and hope we would be welcomed again sometime in the future.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was a great house to vacation in. The location was close to Disney World and Universal Studios. This was my first time visiting Orlando and we had a nice time. The private pool was wonderful, my family and I didn't have the hassle of staying in a hotel, we had privacy and we could rest comfortably coming back from a long day at the parks!! I would definitely stay here again.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Absolutely lovely house. We had a great 2 weeks with lots of memories to take home with us. This was our first visit to Florida - the villa was in a great location for parks and restaurants. Games room, pool & TV were great for us all. We will be back to stay again. Great time, weather great, beds comfy.

Additional information about rental rates:

All rates include 13% Florida taxes. BBQ grill available for a rental of $50 per week, or part thereof.

PLEASE NOTE :- Pool heat (if required) is an additional cost of $20 per night. Pool heat is recommended for bookings between October and May but is not available during summer months of June to September. Cleaning fee of $150 is payable in addition to rental on stays of 5 nights or less. The property is cleaned before arrival and on departure - if additional cleaning services are required during your stay, our local management company will be happy to provide details of rates. A damage deposit of $500 is required prior to arrival.

Payment terms:- 1. 20% on booking 2. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival 3. Security deposit is due 1 week prior to arrival and is refunded after departure upon confirmation from our management company that there are no deductions due.
