Experience Hawaii's "Friendly Isle" in our piece of paradise. If you truly want to get away from it all Molokai is the place for you. Let the cool trade winds that move through our condo remove any unwanted stress as you begin your vacation. While you are on Molokai do as much or as little as you like.
For the Eco-tourist, Molokai offers many historical and cultural activities. Guests may hike in Halawa Valley to two beautiful waterfalls or visit the Hawaiian fishponds. Take a mule ride, hike, or fly in to Kalaupapa National Historical Park. You can also visit Moloaki Museum and Cultural Center. Legend says the hula was born on Molokai.
Visitors to Molokai can see how the locals take care of the land by taking a tour of either Purdy's Natural Macadamia Nut Farm or the nearby Coffees of Hawaii. Kumu Farms, near the airport, offers tours and you can purchase fresh herbs, apple bananas, papayas, or pesto.
Molokai is home to Papahaku Beach- one of Hawaii's longest white sand beaches. There are many other beaches near our condo and on the island. The best thing about these beaches is that you may be the only one there! There is no one to disturb you while you read your favorite book or snorkel in the cove. You also don't have to get there early to find a parking place like on the other Hawaiian islands.
Other outdoor activities on Molokai include diving, snorkeling, bike riding, and hiking. Check the Nature Conservancy website for Hawaii and see if they are offering a hike during your stay. This is the only Hawaiian island that offers this opportunity.
After a day on the beach, come back to the condo and enjoy a glass of your favorite wine while sitting on your private lanai, with an ocean view, and watch the sun slowly set over Diamond Head on Oahu. You can either grill some steaks or fish on the nearby barbecues or venture out to one of several restaurants for dinner. Finally, before going to sleep, try if you can, to count the unending number of stars in the amazing night sky.
One cannot truly experienced all Molokai has to offer, but we can help you plan your trip to this unforgettable destination.
If you want to visit another island, you can spend a day on Maui by taking the Molokai Ferry to Lahaina.
