This lovely 2 floor unit is adjacent to the owner's home with contemporary design and new construction. 2 bedrooms, each with Queen beds and 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub). In addition to the living room and galley kitchen, there is a small study with a desk and Verizon broadband computer for 24 hours access for your convenience.
Our apartment is close to everything (shops, beaches, etc.) One parking space with an additional one possible nearby. Private sunbathing area on the outside deck which is surrounded by mature trees and shrubs offering both sun and shade for privacy and relaxation. A 6 person hot tub spa to luxuriate under starlit skies and a weber gas grill for barbecuing. This unit is a favorite and we have many repeat guests who rate it 5 stars!

Beautiful Condo with a Fantastic Location

This was a repeat stay in this lovely townhouse type apartment. Since my last visit most of the home has been painted inside and out and has been updated with new flat panel televisions. Free wi-fi is available and their is even a washer/dryer in the unit! The location can not be beat, just one block to Commercial Street & the ever-popular Spiritus Pizza and a nice bike ride to the beaches. Nightlife is a 2 to 3 minute walk yet the home is surprisingly quiet. The patio and hot tub area is beautiful and peaceful even in winter. I can't imagine a more pleasant place to stay while visiting Provincetown.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

My partner and I stayed in this apartment in July 2011. It is in a terrific location just a block off busy Commercial Street just up from Enzo's/Bubbula's/Spiritus Pizza. The bedroom windows face the courtyard away from sometimes busy Bradford Street, so it's fairly quiet. Very nicely landscaped private patio and deck with Jacuzzi hot tub and gas BBQ. The unit was clean and well maintained and includes a parking space. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher lacks spices, so you may need to buy some if you plan on doing any fancy cooking. Beds are firm and there is air conditioning, TVs and DVD players in the living room and both bedrooms along with window fans in all rooms. Owner resides in adjacent home was pleasant and helpful. Decor/paint could use some updating, but overall, a pleasant place to stay that we'd love to return to.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+.
