Our spacious 3 bedroom home is located in Sandestin Resort, the premier vacation destination on the Emerald Coast. Sandestin is located 7 miles east of Destin, FL, midway between Panama City and Pensacola. The Resort has 7 miles of waterfront on both the Gulf and Choctawatchee bay and offers a multitude of activities for a fabulous vacation as well as sugar-white beaches and beautiful turquoise blue water.
Our cottage is located in the Sandpiper Village neighborhood of the Resort. It is convenient to the beach, the pools, golf, tennis, the marina, and the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Our neighborhood is family-oriented with plenty of room to ride bikes, fish, and walk. Sandpiper Cottage is located on the one of Sandestin's many lakes so you can relax on the back deck and barbeque on the gas grill in your own back yard.
Our single story home has two bedrooms and sleeps up to eight people. Our cottage has a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage's living room (with TV, DVD/VCR and sound system), dining room, and kitchen all have beautiful sunny views of one of Sandestin's many lakes and the golf course. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. There also is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and in the den.
You can choose to play golf on one of Sandestin's 4 courses, enjoy water sports at the beach or marina, play tennis, or just relax at the pools. Children can take part in the junior golf, tennis, and sailing programs, as well as the KidZone and Kids' Night Out programs which provide parents with some time alone.
Sandestin is a fantastic Resort with activities and fun for all ages. Our family loves Sandestin and we are sure that you will too.
