The large, fully-equipped kitchen is complete with a microwave and dishwasher! The home’s layout is perfect for watching the fun going on in the pool area from the living room, dining area and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to feel at home; a coffee maker, cookware, plates, glasses, and silverware. There is even a fully-equipped laundry room for your use, complete with an ironing board and iron.
This newly redecorated, beautiful villa has 4 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms, including 2 Master King Suites, each with their own private bathroom. The 2 twin bedrooms share an adjacent full bathroom. This villa is spacious enough for 2 families with children. Comfortably sleeps 8 people. It can accommodate 10 people with the queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom has its own cable TV / VCR. We also have available, at no extra charge, a stroller, portable crib and highchair for infants.
Relax in the private, south-western facing private pool and spa, after your long day at the theme parks! This home offers an extra large, privacy fenced lot with plenty of running room for the kids. The covered Lanai is complete with deluxe patio furniture and a safety screen for your small children’s safety. There is a gas grill for your use should you decide that grilling out is the plan for the evening’s meal. Catch up on your emails with FREE High Speed Internet service, all you need to do is hook up your laptop and sign-in!
There are several great restaurants without even having to go into highway traffic! Some of the great restaurants in the area are Red Lobster, Outback Steak House, Giordano's Pizza and Carraba’s Italian Cuisine. My wife daughter and Alyssa stayed in this gorgeous property in May of '07. It was more than we could have ever expected. Sue was amazing and I appreciate her personal attention to our many questions. We had one minor problem with the pool heat, we called the management company and it was fixed ASAP. We can't wait until we stay again. This was our first time ever to Disney and It was a dream come true. Coming back to the house rather than a motel room was everything we hoped for and more. Thank you for everything!

Our stay was excellent in this home located in Indian Creek. The home couldn't be in a better location which is close to food stores, eating and shopping as well as being extremely close to the Disney property itself. We have been staying in this sub-division every year for the last 8 years. The home was very clean and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. We found the wireless internet to be a huge plus and got all our wireless devices connected to it in a flash. We brought our 2 chichauauas with us so we all could enjoy our Disney vacation in this pet friendly home. It even had a large fenced in back yard so your dogs cans get a little excersize. Great home to stay in.

My stay in the 4-bed villa with my family in July 08 was very enjoyable. The house was clean and well fitted out. The pool and spa very big and clean. Every thing was exactly as advertised so no nasty surprises! A trip to the local Outback restaurant is great when you don’t fancy cooking. Great location for Disney parks.

This was a wonderful experience, the home was located close to Disney sites and by using the backroads the heavy traffic was avoided. The home was very clean with all the amenities of your own home. It was wonderful to come home at the end of a long day to a great pool/spa with added security of a gate for the little ones. Thanks again for having us and I have highly recommended this site to my friends.

We had a great week in Orlando and your home was the icing on the cake. The pool & hot tub were spotless and warm. The privacy fence in the backyard was a great comfort. The house inside was spacious and clean and comfortably fit our party of seven, (6 adults and 1 teenager). Kitchen had all the comforts of "HOME". The major advantage is the location, where there is NO traffic to get to Disney's front door in 5 minutes! Thanks from all of us, Gary Eischen
