Bonjour and thank you very much for your inquiry! My name is Chantale. I am originally from Quebec in Canada, but married a Georgia boy YEARS ago and now live in South Georgia. I believe this make me a “Southern Canadian or “a French girl with a Southern twang” -LOL. I have been blessed with 3 little boys (the ones on the picture) who LOVE the beach as much as I do. Beside motherhood, my main occupation is a Charge Nurse for a Dialysis Clinic in Georgia. However, I am also a license Funeral Director/Embalmer in Florida & Georgia as well as a license Insurance agent in Georgia. As you can see…I am the woman of all trade-LOL. Years ago, the Lord blessed us by giving us the opportunity to acquire the unit. Our blessing has being ongoing since. I have met INCREDIBLE guests and my circle of friends had increased since we took possession of Hidden Treasure. I tried really hard to make my guests feel at home, and this create a bond between my guest and I that is wonderful! By keeping in touch with them, getting their pictures and adding them to Hidden Treasure Memory Book, many of our guests became part of our extended family. This is such a blessing! The Lord has being so good to us! We are just trying to return the favor by trying to make Hidden Treasure their best vacation ever at a rate they can afford. Why the Owner Chose Top of the Gulf
Seven years ago, in a need of a desperate vacation, God led my husband & I to Top of The Gulf. We felt in love with the complex! Its location was fabulous…near everything that Panama City Beach has to offer. Our kids were little at the time (4, 4 & 2), and we were looking for a small, safe, clean, family place to take our children. Top of the Gulf was that perfect place for us! The complex had all these attributes. Even more, the staffs, guests and tenants were so friendly! We made many friends during our stay. We also enjoyed the large pool area with good size sun deck, plenty lounge chairs, kiddies’ pool, large pool, charcoal grills and picnic tables. It was so convenient to grill supper while watching the kids play in the kiddie’s pool. Also, the beach was incredible…SO MUCH beach frontage compare to the new high risers. Finally, we love the convenience to be able to jump in the car…no parking across the street or LONG walk to the car. With 3 kids….this was a plus-LOL.

We decorated and furnished the unit with the same quality and luxury that we have at home: LCD TV, stainless steel cookware, hairdryer in bathroom, fine linens… We constantly visit our unit to make sure that our guests visit will be a memorable one. Even more, we stay in touch with our guests to make sure that their visit was memorable. The Lord had blessed us with wonderful guests over the years. Many of which had make Hidden Treasure their getaway to the beach and are now part of our “VIP guests list”.
Location, location, location…You want it…we have it! Top of The Gulf is located near everything that Panama City has to offer. Forgot sunscreen? Need a bathing suit? Don’t look any further as Alvin’s store is just across the street. Like to golf? Signal Golf Course is step away. Looking for something to do for the kids? Coconut Creek Putt Putt Golf and Maze as well as Emerald Fall Family Center are near by. Want to go eat out but don’t feel like driving? Enjoy the best burger on the beach at Spinnakers or walk to Pineapple Willis and try their famous Jack Daniels Ribs via the beach. Like the night life? Walk to Club La Vela, the biggest night club in the USA, and dance until dawn. Again, why pay the high price when you get visit us! Hidden Treasure…where memories are created.

Hey sweet Lady,I cannot figure out how to respond to your survey, so i will tell you in my own words: The trip was amazing, you own one of the NICEST CLEANEST condos I have ever stayed at in PC BEACH period, and I have stayed at T.O.T.G. at least 25 times in my life. The cleanliness and the STOCKED kitchen were HUGE in my book. The view the TV, the beds, well you get the picture....haahaa......It was a truly amazing vacation and one that I desperately needed. I would reccomend to any of my family or friends to rent from you and stay there. I also appreciate you letting us stay the extra night, we also added a souviner glass filled with beautiful shells I found in the ocean onto the bathroom shelf, feel free to move it....LOL.....anyways, I hope you and your loved ones are having an amazing and blessed holiday season.....contact me anytime u like and thanks again so much for the use of your wonderful home away from home, always, Jeff Nichols P.S. The journals are a really cool idea:) and we also tried to leave the unit as close to as clean as it was when we arrrived, I am very respectful in that way!

Chantale, We really loved your condo! The decor is so refreshing-We live on Lake Seminole, therefore the boats were right up our alley! I love all the nice dishes, glasses& pot&pans to cook with. We only ate out one time while shopping & cooked the remainder of our meals at your condo! When we arrived the place smelled so fresh & clean. Also, we loved the towels folded like swans on the bed with the rose - nice touch! We took a picture! Thanks!
