A quiet setting with abundant sunlight and spectacular desert and mountain views, this vacation Villa located in The Village at Carefree Resort provides the perfect setting for a vacation with family or friends or a romantic getaway with all the privacy you may require.
The location provides a unique combination of being surrounded by the Sonoran Desert while being conveniently close to luxury resort amenities. An easy commute to Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, and points North or go South to enjoy the urban pleasures of Scottsdale and Phoenix.
Plenty of native wildlife, including a varied bird population, enjoy the minimally disturbed native desert. It is common to see a rabbit on the patio, birds perched on the Saguaro or a bobcat or coyote walk by.
The two bedroom Villa includes 2240 square feet of living space on one floor. The furnishings and amenities are of superior quality seldom found in rental properties. When combined with access to the amenities of the Carefree Resort it is a vacation experience that will be remembered.
The large living room features custom furniture and a High Definition 50” Pioneer Plasma TV. The corner fireplace is highlighted with Mexican tile.
The spacious kitchen features granite counters and premium appliances. The dining area features a large Mesquite wood table and 6 matching chairs.
The master suite offers a king size bed with a pillow top mattress that can be adjusted for your individual sleeping comfort. The master bath has a jetted tub and walk in shower. Tile floors and walls feature Mexican tile highlights.
The junior suite offers a den with 26” HD LCD TV and a leather sofa that converts for additional sleeping. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a pillow top mattress that can be adjusted for your individual sleeping comfort. The junior bath has a large tub and separate shower. Tile floors and walls feature Mexican tile highlights.
There are two first floor covered patios and a garage roof deck patio with great views to fully enjoy the outdoors.
The master and junior suites can be separated by a locked door for additional privacy if sharing the Villa.

This is an exceptional property. Not one detail was spared when planning for a rental property arrangement. Even the sun sets are perfectly placed on the deck. I highly recommend this property. I found this property on the VRBO web site.

Somehow I knew that this would be an unforgettable destination as soon as I turned off the highway exit onto the Carefree Highway. As I pass Easy Street, Breathless Drive and Tranquil Trail, the smile on my face began to widen. I had arrived at my home away from home and began to understand what it means to be living the Carefree lifestyle. This beautifully appointed southwestern home in the desert is fully equipped with the most up to date electronics, wireless internet, kitchen appliances, TVs and laundry facilities. The beds were perhaps the most comfortable I have ever encountered anywhere. No detail was overlooked when they equipped this home for rental. Even the setting sun is perfectly situated on this property from the sun deck. Most importantly, the owners response to emails and arrangements were timely and orderly which made planning easy. It was professionally cleaned, maintained, manicured and thoughtfully designed for comfort. I'll be back !! Visitors need a car for sure. Nothing is walkable, but everything in the southwestern world is at your fingertips from this location. We spent lots of time at the Grand Canyon and Sedona, played 18 different Scottsdale golf courses, attended numerous Art shows, hiking, biking running, ATV riding at Four Peaks, and horseback riding at Spur Cross Ranch ( just 4 miles away). See why the comfy beds were so important? Although, there will be little time to sleep there is so much to do here. Rest up at home and head to Arizona and live the Carefree life.

We stayed at the condo over Thanksgiving - everything in it was beautiful and extremely clean and well kept. We had a great time and would highly recommend this condo to anyone - the roof top patio was a hit as well!

We visited this Villa in March of this year. The Carefree Resort is a great location within walking distance to Carefree and close to Cave Creek and Scottsdale. This Villa is very comfortable with Southwest decor, plasma tvs and internet hook-up. Also close to the pool.
