  This was plenty of room for my family and me on a long weekend stay. Good views, relaxing setting, walking distance to a small beach village, and very close to downtown Charleston. The only downside was the smell of the marsh at certain times of the day, but it was still a very pleasant stay with comfy beds and easy to use kitchen area.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  My family and I rented this condo for 3 night getaway to Folly Beach. We arrived a little early and discovered that property was not clean from prior rental. We contacted the owners who immediately rectified the miscommunication and the cleaning service did excellent job of prompt, thorough cleaning. Overall this property is well maintained and in decent location to center of Folly Beach. It is an easy walk to beach/town, but if you have alot of beachware to carry then you need to drive- parking is not an issue - plenty of park lots near the beach access area. The decor, furnishings and view are decent. If you're looking for clean, spacious condo at reasonable price this is the place for you. Thanks Julia and Zachary for the accommodations!

  My family and I recently stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. We had a great time. And the condo is lovely. Nice attention to details. Loved the fact that the owners provided many menus to surrounding restaurants and even had a first aid kit.

  This was a great little beach house that enabled a wonderful vacation. The house is exactly what we wanted and it provided everything we needed.

  My two daughters, husband, mom & dad, uncle & family enjoyed our time at Marsh Winds immensely. The girls enjoyed the pool. It was just a quick walk or drive to the beach and a nice drive to downtown Charleston. We'll definitely be considering this one for future vacations.

  The weather was perfect and sky was blue, what a grand time for my cousin's Charleston wedding. We had a wonderful visit and the stay at your place made it the best. My parent from Flo. were able to drive up and stay with us. My 85 year old grandmother enjoy the place. Everything was very clean and spacious. Will be back. Thanks for putting out your welcome mat.

  Magnificent condo with beautiful marsh views and only 10 minute walk to the beach. Short drive to Charleston too. Owners are great and very responsive to questions, concerns, etc. We had a great time!

  What a great location! Just a few blocks from a nice pier where we caught a lot of fish and a wide beautiful beach. Also we got to downtown historic Charleston in 15 minutes! We can't wait to visit the area again. (The owners of this condo are very responsive and communicate well with renters.)

  We stayed for 1 week with our 7 children and had a fantastic time in Folly. The condo was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We loved the beach and fishing pier! We would love to come back!
