King-size bed in the master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower. Queen-size bed in first guest room, with a private bath. Third bedroom has a trundle bed that sleeps two additional guests.

Sofa in living room has a pull-out bed as well (sleeps eight total). High quality linens and towels are provided for all guests. Equipped with Color TVs, DVD/CD players, Home Theater System, and Stereo for your entertainment.

Sit out and watch amazing sunsets over the Folly River (see photo below) from a huge screened-in porch. Relax by the pool that is available to all guests in season.   • The weather was perfect and sky was blue, what a grand time for my cousin's Charleston wedding. We had a wonderful visit and the stay at your place made it the best. My parent from Flo. were able to drive up and stay with us. My 85 year old grandmother enjoy the place. Everything was very clean and spacious. Will be back. Thanks for putting out your welcome mat.

  • What a great location! Just a few blocks from a nice pier where we caught a lot of fish and a wide beautiful beach. Also we got to downtown historic Charleston in 15 minutes! We can't wait to visit the area again. (The owners of this condo are very responsive and communicate well with renters.)
