Emerald Waters Village is gated and located in the Frangista Beach area of Miramar Beach and Destin, Florida. Brand new in 2005, this cottage offers you 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and wonderful living space. In the backyard, enjoy your own PRIVATE POOL ! Private Heated (optional) Pool: This 18x28 Heated Pool with water fall completes the perfect setting. On the first floor you will find: Comfortable living room with a queen sleeper sofa, dining table for six, four stools at the bar, full kitchen graced with upgraded granite counters and cottage style white cabinets. Also: * Bedroom with a bunk bed; twin on top and full / futon on bottom (sleeps 3) * TV / VCR and / or DVD in living room and in the bunk room * Full sized washer and dryer * Full bath On the second floor you will find: * Two bedrooms each with a queen bed and a jack-and- jill full bath (sleeps 4) Each bedroom has a TV and a VCR and /or DVD * Master bedroom with a king bed and large private bath.
