Lakeside Villa is a luxury fully Air-Conditioned Villa with Pool, Jacuzzi Spa, Lanai, Games Room, Entertainments Room and it over looks a Beautiful Lake. Great care has been taken to furnish the villa to Executive/Platinum standard to increase your enjoyment and comfort when staying in our beautiful home. There is FREE High Speed Wi-fi Broadband Internet and FREE International and Local Calls at the Villa.
The villa has two Master En-suite Bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen), another Master Queen Bedroom, three Twin Bedrooms and a further Two and a Half Bathrooms. All Bedrooms have cable TV and DVD Players. All Bathrooms have Hairdryers. There is a Loft/Entertainment room with luxury sofa, Cable TV, DVD Player, CD Player and Playstation 2 with Games.
The Family Room has luxuriously comfortable leather sofas, Cable TV, a DVD Player, a selection of DVD's and CD Player. The Living Room and Dining Room also have luxuriously comfortable furniture or you can breakfast in the Nook overlooking the Pool/Spa and Beautiful Lake.
The open plan Kitchen is fully equipped with all up-to-date appliances (Microwave, Dishwasher, Oven/Hob, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Mixer, Blender etc etc) including a Fridge/Freezer with Icemaker. All Crockery, Glassware, Cutlery and Utensils are provided.
We provide all Towels and Linens (included in the price and for use in our home only). There is a large Washer and Dryer with an Iron and Ironing board in the seperate Laundry Room.
There is an illuminated Pool and Jacuzzi Spa with covered Lanai (extended deck), which has stunning Lake Views, it has a Safety Screen together with Sun Loungers, Tables and Chairs (the Pool/Spa Heating is optional). The Pool gets the sun from mid morning until sundown, so you can imagine the Beautful Sunsets we get over the Lake. There is also a Carpeted Games Room which includes a Pool Table, Electronic Darts, Air Hockey Table, Entertaining Table with Stools and a CD Player.
As our guest you have full use of the Award Winning, 24 Hour Manned Gated Terra Verde Resort facilities, these include 6,000 sq ft Club House with Internet Café, Fitness Room, Sauna, Lounge with FREE Wi-fi Hotspots, Complimentary Refreshments and Cable TV, Resort Sized Swimming Pool with large Sunning Deck and Chaise Loungers, Tiki Bar, Hammocks, Spa, Fishing Lake, Half Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball Court, Outdoor Table Tennis/Ping Pong, Children's Play Area with Climbing Rock and Climbing Frame, Concierge Desk, Spa Services and a Games Arcade.
The main Attractions nearby includes the main Disney Attractions (12 minutes drive away), Universal Studios (20 minutes drive away) and Old Town (5 minutes drive away), Celebration Town (6 minutes drive away). Sea World and Wet'n Wild are all within 30 minutes drive. Busch Gardens, Cyprus Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are all within one hours drive. To reserve the villa we will require please, a non-refundable deposit of US $350.00 and the balance (villa rental/pool/spa heating etc less the non-refundable deposit) together with a security deposit of US $350.00 will become due 12 weeks before your arrival. The security deposit is refundable 30 days after your departure and after a successful property audit.

Why the Owner Chose Terra Verde Resort:
We love coming to Florida for the sunny weather, the beaches, restaurants, shopping, Disney, flying, sightseeing and sometimes purely to relax etc which made us decide to buy our second home here.
We bought this villa after looking at many others because of it's beautiful location overlooking the lake. It is on a lovely Resort with all the amenities and has a 24 hour manned gated system for security. It is close enough to the Clubhouse to walk to and use it's facilities and yet far enough away to be totally seperate from it and private. It is so relaxing sitting under the Lanai with uninterupted views of the lake and no near noise from the clubhouse. The sunsets here are breathtaking over the lake.
Many other villas did not offer this view and as soon as we saw it, we knew that this was the villa for us.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
We bought this house new, unfurnished and unlived in, so were able to furnish this luxuriously and tastefully using a professional villa interior design company. Every need was considered for comfort and to enjoy the outstanding lake views. This is after all our home and we want our guests to feel relaxed and comfortable too. No expense was spared when furnishing this villa and we maintain it to a high standard and continue adding things to it, to increase the enjoyment of staying in the villa.
Whilst visiting the villa many times, we have seen the abundance of wild life, birds, fish, leather backed turtles, deer, otters and others. Yet drive a mile and a half up Poinciana Boulevard and you are on the I192 where there are supermarkets, restaurants, International Drive, the turning for Disney, Celebration, Kissimmee Old Town, Helicopter flights and just below Terra Verde there is horse back riding.
