This large well furnished three bedroom two bath home located in the quiet North Harbour area has panoramic ocean, bay and hill views with daytime views of the white water along Doran Beach and Seal rock. In the evening full sunsets fade into sparkling harbor lights of the inner bay and town of Bodega Bay. The adjoining quiet open space has wild life that venture right up to the back deck.
THE LIVING ROOM WING, AND THE FAMILY ROOM/KITCHEN WING each have sitting ocean and bay views with windows on all four sides providing abundant sun light. Each of these wings have been designed and furnished especially for the appreciation and comfort of adults. Either wing has its own TV etc, and each can accomodate up to 8 guests. The family room/kitchen wing is fully equippped and the dining table seats up to 8. The adjoining out-door deck has its own eating table and chairs from where one can view open space and white water.
The Seaway is designed and furnished for adult comfort,and is very clean, well stocked with household supplies, comfortable furniture and antiques. There are windows and glass everywhere plus a dramatic open stairwell. The seaway is not a casual child friendly house. One or two children may be possible during the holiday periods depending upon their ages and the other occupants.
Sleeping arrangements:
Master bedroom: king bed with full bath.
Second bedroom: Double bed next to full bath.
Third bedroom with Double bed.
No smoking in house. No pets on premises.
