The home is fully furnished with a gas fireplace, three cable TVs, 3 DVD Player3, two VCRs, portable CD/Radio, five telephones, and clock radios in all the bedrooms. The laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer, and there is a microwave in the fully-furnished kitchen.
