With sleeping accommodations for up to 17 guests, this wonderful home features panoramic gulf views from a fabulous roof top tower. Enjoy the quiet 9 x 18 private pool, which may be heated to 86 degrees for an additional $30 per day plus tax. Free wireless internet is available for those that have to stay connected. Sun Kissed is just 3 blocks from Seaside, 75 walking steps to the white sand beaches, three blocks from the Seagrove Village Market, less than a mile from Publix, and two seconds from the bike path that will take you from one end of Scenic 30-A to the other. It’s an easy walk to many restaurants and shops.
Ground Floor: Large entry foyer has a queen sleeper sofa and game/dining table with 6 chairs. King Bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, bureau, LCD TV/DVD and French doors leading to the pool area. Bunk bedroom with two built-in bunks (4 twin beds) – each with its own reading light, dresser, ottoman and French doors leading to the pool area. Hall bath with a walk-in shower and outside entry for cleaning up directly from the beach. TV room with large U-shaped sofa, coffee table, LCD TV and French doors leading to the pool area. Laundry room with super capacity washer/dryer and utility sink.
Second Floor: Gourmet Kitchen with granite counter tops, a pantry and stainless appliances including double sink, dishwasher, Viking glass top range, microwave and frig with ice maker. Convenient island has 2 bar stools. Adjoining Living Room has armoire with TV, DVD and stereo, L-shaped sofa, 3 side tables, 2 side chairs and French doors leading to a balcony which overlooks the street. Balcony is furnished with a comfortable cushioned love seat, side chair and coffee table. Dining room has large table with 5 chairs and long built-in bench and can seat 9 or 10 people. Powder room. King Master Suite has dresser, LCD TV/DVD, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, French door leading to balcony and a large private bath with walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, walk-in closet and spa tub.
Third Floor: King Bedroom has LCD TV/DVD, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps and a built-in twin bed. Hall bath with concrete vanity sink and tub/shower. Second king bedroom has dresser, 2 bedside tables, two lamps, LCD TV/DVD and window seat with gulf views. Den area has queen sleeper sofa, 2 ottomans, side table, lamp, side chair, LCD TV, DVD, wet bar, wine cooler and ice maker.
Fourth Floor: Stairs lead from the den area to the tower with stunning gulf views. Go outside to enjoy the sunset while lounging in the 4 comfortable cushioned chairs.
Outdoor Areas: Take a dip in your own private pool surrounded by a fence and plenty of privacy among the oak trees. Pool may be heated to 86 degrees for an additional $30 per day plus tax. Four lounge chairs make relaxing a breeze. Gas BBQ grill. Off street parking for 3 cars in the driveway.

Rolled in from Atlanta to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. This house was perfect for the fam...loved the different levels - pool access was easy and the pool was nice & toasty. The weather was unbelievable - high in the 70's, cool in afternoons & mornings. Loved the views from the roof - and enjoyed the sunsets over Seaside. La Cocina in Seacrest Beach (~ 7 miles) has incredible Mexican - great margaritas, too. Lively bar. Fish taco's...ehhh. Best fish taco's we found were at the Taco Bar (part of Bud & Alley's) - so fresh and perfect toppings. Best pizza hands-down was at the Pizza Bar, also part of Bud & Alley's (no, I don't know them!). We tried other pizza in the area, but this is IT is you want thin, crispy, authentic 'za. Do it, trust me. Get the Margherita. Cafe 30A is good. Seems a little dated these days, but we still go for the butterfish, whatever that is. We also loved Great Southern Cafe in Seaside. Another great breakfast, lunch, dinner spot. Awesome fries & killer mahi fish sandwich. We ate there 2 times. If you have little tots, rent a bike or 2 in Seaside & bike to Grayton Beach for lunch. Red Bar is good - a little over rated - but good. Anyway, that's it - loved our stay - even found time to P90X it!! Sunburst was wonderful to work with and we'll definitely book again. Continued... And now for a woman's point of view....This house is just lovely and I thought that it was decorated perfectly. It is beachy, yet has the comforts of home, too! We loved all of the decks and how airy it felt indoors w/windows & doors open. Our 2-year-old couldn't get enough of the pool and had to take a dip every afternoon. My husband pretty much covered the food - This is the 4th time we have stayed in the area and I loved this house & location the best! This was a perfect way for us to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary with our two children. Thank you for the amazing stay!

The Frank's family loves Sun Kissed. We have stayed in several homes in the area, but this is the best! It is beautiful, spacious, close to everything and quiet. We loved having a family room on every floor! Beach walkover right across the street is sweet. We had lots of fun!!! We actually had 4 generations staying here! The location is amazing...we made lots of great memories. Hope to stay here again!

We love this house. Perfect for our family of 12!! Location was great. Enjoyed walking to Seaside, biking in the quaint neighborhoods. Waffles at Modica Market are a must! And they have the best "sweet tea" in the south. Pizza at Bud & Alley's Pizza Bar, shrimp at the Shrimp Shack, and Pickles has a great variety. Check out the snowcones and bar-b-que by Seaside Post Office & the Seagrove Village Market & Cafe on 395. Beach was the best!
