This Platinum rated condo, directly on the beach, has one of the best views in Destin. The panorama stretches from Panama City, looking East, to Destin, looking West, with a sunset every night.
Because we are a rental by owner, we can offer ammenities not found in many other similar rated condos, such as UPGRADED LINENS(sheets and towels) so that you won't have to sleep on sheets that feel like sandpaper or use a towel as big as a handkercheif. The unit comes with a reserved underground parking space, just steps from a semi-private elevator that takes you directly to your unit (accessed only by your key). Additional guest spaces are available underground as well.
The luxury and opulence of your surroundings will wash over you as you take in all of the appointments such marble floors, custom painting throughout, contemporary styling, matching leather swivel/rocker/recliners looking directly towards the Gulf, wide screen plasma T.V., and separate master suites with king size beds with windows and sliders looking directly at the emerald waters.
The dining area features mirrored walls that add to the spaciousness of this home, a third bedroom offers extra long twin beds for additional sleeping and a lavishly decorated foyer will greet your arrivial as you step off the elevator into you vacation home.
The Club at Silver Shells (2 minutes walk from the condo) offers the following at no additional charge: basketball and 2 tennis courts; heated indoor/outdoor pool with hot tub; separate cardio and weight rooms with state-of-the-art equipment; and separate locker rooms with steam rooms and saunas. A full service spa is available by reservation. A gameroom and bike rentals are also available. Ruth Chris' Steakhouse is open for business and is fabulous. They also deliver to Silver Shells condos!
But lets not forget the Beach!!!, Just steps from the lobby door your feet will touch the sugar-white sand and emerald water that has made Destin one of the best beaches in the country, year after year.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was well stocked, the decor was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable and the flat screen TV's in every room made the men/kids particularly happy! Brenda made the check-in process very easy and the unit was spotless. The resort was also great with the heated pools, playground, spa and much more. We had and great time and really appreciate all the extras you had in your unit. We hope to be back soon!

Great condo in a great location. This condo is the best equipped condo we have ever stayed in at Destin. St. Maarten is the condo that you want to stay in at the Silver Shells complex. Outstanding views of the ocean. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing time. We plan to stay there again.

We've been vacationing in Destin the past seven years - always in June. Our dream was to come in the late fall and stay at Silver Shells; specifically, St. Maarten! This is a first class unit, matched by the outstanding Silver Shell complex, probably the top resort in Destin. The range and quality of the amenities will impress you. The dual front bedrooms, which open on to the large deck and the Gulf, along with the large center room, offer ample space for all. Ask for a floor plan. It is more convincing than any description. Without a plan view of the complex it is hard to describe the superior location of the St. Maarten building related to the other four and its proximity to the Gulf. If the Silver Shells is your choice it needs to be the St. Maarten. The building has a curvature that makes certain units more desirable. The xx06 and xx07 units are parallel to the gulf with unobstructed views east and west as far as you can see. The other units provide something less. Ask for the exact location on a floor plan. The 11th floor provides a wonderful view.
