This 2200 square-foot villa is enhanced by a wall of french doors which open to include the 1500 square-foot lush courtyard patio. Open each door to extend the villa, and place the pool just steps from any room in the villa. A convivial party atmosphere for any occasion!
Enjoy the 4-bedroom, 4-bath villa with a new kitchen, vanities, and decor located in the exclusive gated community of Judith Fancy on the north shore of St. Croix, with views of Christiansted Harbor and Buck Island. Enjoy the primitive lure of island life in the comfort of a villa! A 10 minute drive to the best restaurants and nightlife in Christiansted, or retreat to the moonglow of the Caribbean Ocean -- your choice!
A 10 minute walk to Salt River Bay National Historic Park & Ecological Preserve puts you on the only lands Christopher Columbus touched belonging to the United States. The master bedroom and bath opens to its own ocean-front deck and has its own private outdoor shower and sunbathing area. Two of the other bedrooms directly face the ocean with window walls to the sea, and each have their own private bath. The fourth bedroom is next to the pool and has a view of the ocean and Buck Island. The courtyard and pool are completely walled and private. The property is surrounded by 6 to 10 foot rows of sea grapes plants on either side to provide seclusion from neighbors on an acre of sea-front land. On 'special days', you'll see St. Thomas or St. John 40 miles off in the distance, or catch sight of an errant kite surfer shooting the waves or maybe you will taste the salt spray as you bathe in the tropical sun on the ocean-front deck. And on 'special nights', you'll be able to wish upon a falling star under the Carribean sky. May your stay include a very special time!
Rate Information: Sea Glass Villa is a 4 bedroom house...our rates are based on the total number of bedrooms required during the stay (we only rent to one party at a time this is not a shared house rate).
* The base 1 bedroom rate is shown on the listing rate schedule. Each additional bedroom is $50.00 per night, plus tax and $25.00 extra per bedroom for cleaning. If you are not sure of the number of bedrooms we recommend starting with the minimum and adding additional bedrooms once the total number in your party has been confirmed. We only close off the bedrooms not ordered the rest of the home is available for full use.
Reservation Deposits and Payments: For the protection of our renters the only form of payment we accept is credit card or echeck through our own reservation system or through the VRBO our HomeAway listing site. We will never ask a renter to send us any payment by a wire transfer service.

This was our 3rd time to Sea Glass Villa and it gets better each time. The house has new floors, new furniture and now has wireless internet. Its nice to be able to sit outside, watching the sun come up and check emails before leaving for the beaches!. Each bedroom is private and has its own ocean view. As the sun rises, with Buck Island and Christiansted in the background, the views are some of the best on the island. The house in a gated community; very private yet conveniently located close to downtown Christiansted. Shopping, dining and water sports are all close by. The house has a pool area with lots of chairs and toys available. The area by the pool is great for morning breakfast outside and late evening card games. The local roads are great for morning walks and the hill close by offers spectacular views. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Loved the waves rushing up to almost reaching the deck! Excellent sunrise location! Villa has been kept very comfortable. Bedrooms seem like sleeping on the ocean. Beautiful palmed courtyard! Everywhere an ocean view from this place! Would recommend island to anyone seeking the Caribbean mystique; not the high rise hustle bustle but true paidise. Lots of private beach settings with cabana restaurant bars.Sand Castles on the Beach top restaurant but bit of a drive or try Savant in Christiansted.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children.

Went to St Croix for 3 weeks and had our two daughters and their husbands join us for 2 of the 3 weeks. The house was perfect for all of us, there is plenty of rom and the location was the best. The house is very close to the rocky beach and we were lulled to sleep each night by the waves. The pool is located away from the ocean and protected from the sea breeze. We had dinners in the patio area each night and it was great. The house is a bit worn in places from the salty air but that's what happens when you are right next to the ocean. There was several grocery stores nearby with the closest only minutes away. The house sits right near the "wall" which provides some of the best diving anywhere. We used Anchor Dive Center at Salt River National Park, they were the best dive company I have ever used. In short, the house was everything we had hoped for and would not hesitate to go back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

Why the Owner Chose Christiansted:
We first purchased Breakers Villa which is located directly next door to Sea Glass. We sold the villa a few years ago and are still handling all the reservations for the new owner. This is why I can describe the villa in such great detail. If you are looking for an oceanfront property with a semi private beach only steps away... then you have come to the right place! The best feature of this villa is every bedroom has it's own private bathroom. The villa has tons of windows and with it sitting so close to the ocean you can see beautiful blue ocean views out every window in the villa. The kitchen doors all open up to the patio is a really neat feature. A super villa for family gatherings and multiple couples!
