This 2200 square-foot villa is enhanced by a wall of french doors which open to include the 1500 square-foot lush courtyard patio. Open each door to extend the villa, and place the pool just steps from any room in the villa. A convivial party atmosphere for any occasion!
Enjoy the 4-bedroom, 4-bath villa with a new kitchen, vanities, and decor located in the exclusive gated community of Judith Fancy on the north shore of St. Croix, with views of Christiansted Harbor and Buck Island. Enjoy the primitive lure of island life in the comfort of a villa! A 10 minute drive to the best restaurants and nightlife in Christiansted, or retreat to the moonglow of the Caribbean Ocean -- your choice!
A 10 minute walk to Salt River Bay National Historic Park & Ecological Preserve puts you on the only lands Christopher Columbus touched belonging to the United States. The master bedroom and bath opens to its own ocean-front deck and has its own private outdoor shower and sunbathing area. Two of the other bedrooms directly face the ocean with window walls to the sea, and each have their own private bath. The fourth bedroom is next to the pool and has a view of the ocean and Buck Island. The courtyard and pool are completely walled and private. The property is surrounded by 6 to 10 foot rows of sea grapes plants on either side to provide seclusion from neighbors on an acre of sea-front land. On "special days", you'll see St. Thomas or St. John 40 miles off in the distance, or catch sight of an errant kite surfer shooting the waves or maybe you will taste the salt spray as you bathe in the tropical sun on the ocean-front deck. And on "special nights", you'll be able to wish upon a falling star under the Carribean sky. May your stay include a very special time!

Sea Glass Villa is a 4 bedroom house...our rates are based on the total number of bedrooms required during the stay (we only rent to one party at a time this is not a shared house rate). We only close off the bedrooms that are not used... the rest of the home is available for use. This rate structure allows us to offer a lower rate to couples and smaller size families that are not using all the bedrooms in the villa.
Weddings: Sea Glass Villa is the perfect venue for a small intimate wedding. Your wedding is sure to be an event you and your guests will never forget. This unique beachfront luxury villa provides an extraordinarily beautiful setting for your most meaningful ceremony. Have your wedding on the lovely grounds of the villa and then stay in this luxury vacation home for your Honeymoon. When you book a week long stay we do not charge for use of the grounds however, wedding guests are limited to the 8 guests staying in the vacation home. For additional guests the fee is just $50.00 per person with a maximum of 30 guests. Additional fee for water tanker delivery to fill the cistern.

Owner Description
After spending 25 years in high tech procurement as a start-up company expert and entrepreneur I left that part of my life behind to become the Vacation Lady. In the early 1980’s I was having to make frequent trips to the Far East and experienced High tea at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore. It was during this trip that the inspiration and entrepreneurial vision came to open Tea Salons in the US. In 1988, I founded a new specialty retail tea business. Created the concept, interior design elements and business plan model from a one-store operation to over 16 US franchised operations and two International locations in less than four years which placed us number 35 of the 100 fastest growing privately held companies in Silicon Valley in 1995. After 10 years in the tea business and spending stints in high tech start-ups I was ready for a new challenge. Since my husband and I enjoyed traveling and dabbling in real estate and nearing retirement age it seemed like the perfect fit. In 1996 we founded Vacation Holdings, purchased our first vacation home and set off to build a luxury vacation rental business using our properties as vacation rentals. It was such a natural progression as I could use my skills in purchasing, interior design and use the same disciplines required in franchising such as scheduling, creating instruction manuals for guests and tracking linen, towels and kitchen inventory. Basically, I was back in the Franchise business only this time we were creating turnkey vacation rentals instead of retail store fronts. My lessons learned from the service industry are applied every day in customer service and satisfaction. We are now up to 9 properties in various areas of the US and Virgin Island and I can say that this is the best time of my life as there is nothing more satisfying than helping to make a Dream Vacation come true.

We first purchased Breakers Villa which is located directly next door to Sea Glass. We sold the villa a few years ago and are still handling all the reservations for the new owner. This is why I can describe the villa in such great detail. If you are looking for an oceanfront property with a semi private beach only steps away... then you have come to the right place! The best feature of this villa is every bedroom has it's own private bathroom. The villa has tons of windows and with it sitting so close to the ocean you can see beautiful blue ocean views out every window in the villa. The kitchen doors all open up to the patio is a really neat feature. A super villa for family gatherings and multiple couples!
