  My wife and I wrote a review below dated 2-1-2012. We can only restate that "Excellent" continues to describe our visit to Panama City Beach at this condo. I brought my bike down this year and discovered several "bike" trails that were just great for leisure riding.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

  We loved our stay so much! Everyday the weather was perfect. The view was perfect. The Condo was comfortable and decorated so beautifully. I enjoyed the shopping. We never had to drive far for great food and shopping. I can't wait to go back. Thank you

  Hi, I just wanted to say I had an awesome time and will definitely be going back. It was like being at home without the stress and worry, I left that at home LOL. It was clean, and furnished nicely, the only thing we needed was food. We had an awesome view you could see for miles and miles. I was there when Isaac was first reported, and felt very secure and safe on the property. I would recommend staying here for a fun filled vacation, good resturants and shopping!!! I'll be back!!!

  My family and I were very pleased when we arrived for our vacation. The condo was very clean and neat, not to mention the decor was beautiful! The balcony overlooks the beach and we ate almost every meal out on the porch so we could enjoy the view. This particular condo's kitchen was very well stocked, and that's very helpful if you don't want to eat out every meal. The owner's were very polite and helpful with all of our questions; we just couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you for making our first family vacation in years incredibly enjoyable and pleasant!

  This was our first family vacation and we didn't know exactly what to expect. The condo is amazing, and the view is indescribable. My husband enjoyed the view so much, he spent the first part of the morning and the last part of the evening sitting on the balcony enjoying it. We watched sting rays in the early morning hours after a storm circle the sand bars. The access to the beach and the pool area are very accommodating, especially when you have children with you. The condo is fully equipped with anything and everything you would need. We prepared meals, and also went out to eat. It is conveniently located to pretty much anything and everything you would want. We hated to leave and come home and will definitely be returning. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us.

  This is the sixth year we snowbirds from Ohio have spent the month of February in Panama City Beach; the first five were at an older condo down the beach. This is our first time staying at the Sunrise Beach Condominium. Upon arrival, the condo was clean and well-maintained. The décor is very, very nice. The owner answered all our questions via email during our stay and was very helpful with our concerns. We would recommend this condo to couples or to a family with one or two small children. It is convenient to shopping (Pier Park Mall) and other activities. You can eat at your condo and enjoy the stove, plus microwave. The facility also has two large gas grills that can be utilized by the tenants. If you rather dine out, you have many choices close by. You can go "inexpensive" or "expensive;" it is your choice. Another real plus is the fitness center, which has sufficient equipment. Where else can you exercise and watch dolphins at play in the water? It wasn't a normal occurrence, but we did see them several times. There are two outside pools, and one is heated for the winter months. There are also two hot tubs for tenants to enjoy. The TV's were acceptable plus the internet connection, network or wireless were very fast and dependable. If possible, we will return to this condo facility. This particular condo may not be available, but we really like the area. You can't go wrong with a condo at Sunrise Beach Condos!

  We needed to get away after a stress-filled year and we couldn't have picked a better place. Everything about this condo is wonderful. It's clean, neat, well-decorated, well-located and completely equipped with everything you need for a wonderful week's stay (or longer if you're that fortunate!). This is our second trip to Panama City Beach and we never need to look for another place when we return. This is it! We hope to return for a longer stay next year. (And the owners are so accomodating)

  Excellent interior decorating, beautiful condo, very clean, and well maintained. The view from the balcony was amazing. Will recommend this to all my friends. Thanks for a great stay.

  My family recently stayed at this beautiful condo and we could not have been happier with this unit. Perfect location, perfect view of the ocean, perfect condo for a family. The owners were very accomodating and easy to get in contact with. We had an awesome vacation, and would definitlely do it all over again in a heartbeat!
