This beautiful, completely renovated beach cottage is located on the small island of Spanish Wells. Spanish Wells is a quaint island community known as the fishing capital of the Bahamas and is located just off the northern tip of Eleuthera. The island is only 2 miles long by half mile wide.
Spanish Wells is easy to get to, located only 20 minutes away from the North Eleuthera airport or a 2 hour direct ferry ride from Nassau (website for ferry details listed below). Only 15 minutes away from Harbor Island (day trips are available).
Property is located on an amazingly beautiful 2.5 mile white sand beach. Ideal for a quiet getaway. Secluded beach, perfect view of the sunsets, 16ft Boston Whaler available for $100 extra per day. Enjoy relaxing at the Cabana on the beach (conveniently includes a bath, shower and fridge).
There is a separate 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. The actual Beach Cottage is 2 bedroom/2 bath. Rent with or without extra 2 bedroom unit.
