I found the location, condo facilities and amenities to be excellent and even above my expectations. I had everything I needed and more to enjoy a care free vacation. Jennifer was not only very helpful (from the 1 st time I made contact) but genuinely caring and concerned that my vacation went perfect. When I had to make some last minute changes to my schedule (health issues) Jennifer was right there to make it happen, and make it painless.I would recommend to anyone that if you have the chance to book your vacation through Jennifer, just do it, and then relax. I guarantee you that she will personally make sure you have the location, property and price that more than meets your expectations (that's just the way she is).

This was our first visit to Vegas. The location of this condo made getting around soo easy. The condo has everything you need to feel the comforts of home. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and the washer and dryer. I would reccomend staying here to anyone who likes the Vegas lifestyle but still enjoys privacy and the ammenities of home. A very clean and tastefully decorated place..

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

As other guests have commented, the condo unit was clean, stylish and convenient to all Vegas attractions. Jennifer is an absolute pleasure and makes you feel like family! During the entire month of May that I was there, she was always just a phone call away to answer any questions, suggest restaurants, etc. I am already planning to stay there next year! Thanks!!

Jennifer, The condo was perfect! Everything was clean and well kept. I appreciate how attentive you were to my needs and I would recommend this place to anyone. I loved that there was a washer/dryer. It made it feel like home.

Jennifer, Just wanted to say thatk you for a wonderful stay at the condo. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. I made full use of the pool and spa as well. THe condo is conveniently located, close to the strip for those who wish to be there, but it was very welcomed since I wanted to be off the strip and close to shopping areas. This was perfect for me. I've stayed at Jennys condo with my 8 year old daughter and mom for about 8 months. I must say it has been the most wonderful experience we've ever had. Great location for everything and anything. Very very clean and the condo had everything we could possibly need. We loved staying there.

I stayed in Jennifer's condo for about 3 months. She was a pleasure to deal with and I now consider both her and her Mom my new friends. The condo was clean, and very condusive to relaxation when I chose to stay "home". The location was great...near enough to the strip, yet not too close. I have already reserved my next 3 month stay and am really loooking forward to staying there again. I would give Jennifer and her apartment a 5***** rating! yet not too close.

Feb. 1to 29 2008 Had a most enjoyable stay in your condo jenny. There were four of us and we were very comfortable saw the sights of LV did pretty much all our meals in. We stayed 5 nights in the condo with another couple and we were all very comfortable.Jennifer went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again Jennifer for your wonderful hospitality. The only dissapointment was the dirty lounge chairs at the pool, some were covered with bird droppings and stayed dirty at least for the time of our stay.

We stayed in the condo for a weekend in May 2007. Myself, my daughter, and my husband plus his brother, wife and son were all very comfortable. It was clean and cozy and had all the amenities we could have asked for plus a bunch of infant toys and baby amenities we never expected. It was ideal with a toddler and an infant and both myself and my sister in law being pregnant to not have to trapse through smoke filled casinos everynight. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks Jenny.

Our family--my husband, a son 7 years, a son 20 months and myself stayed at Jenny's rental during Easter break 2007. We loved the location and convenience!! The rest of our family stayed on The Strip and it was so easy and quick to get to meet them on The Strip--even on a Saturday night. My husband ended up needing to use a library and even that was just a mile or two up the street. We liked the gated community idea. My husband did have some trouble trying to get his online connection to work--even though we had access, we had difficulty making the connection for some reason. Jenny did as much as humanly possibly to help us out--this even included having a neighbor help us. The neighbors were very kind... Also, our stroller ended up in baggage limbo and Jenny again came to the rescue to help us out. She dropped off the stroller while we were away. Had we stayed in a hotel there is no way we would have had the superior customer service that Jenny provided. We would feel very comfortable calling this place our home away from home in Vegas. We already recommended this location to a friend.

We were in Las Vegas for the 2006 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in December. we sure were glad we found Jenny's place. What a comfortable clean and convinient place. It was great having easy access to all the places we were going and Jen was great with directions. Our 21 year old daughter and us liked that she had her own private bath in her bedroom. We recommend it and will probaly be staying agian next year.

We stayed in the condo for 4 nights and are so happy we found it. What a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. It was December and we were busy with friends and activities so it was nice to have a quiet place to retreat to. Very close to the strip. Also, lots of convenient shopping.

my family and I stayed here for two weeks in october the weather for us was lovely and the condo was in a good area and not far from the strip. The property is well maintained clean and very comfortable, a home from home. I would recommend the condo as a great place to stay.

I stayed in this condo with 2 other roommates for 3 months while we were on an internship for grad school. The condo was fully furnished, perfectly and and a great place to call home while we were in Vegas! Jenny was an awesome "landlady" and was very accomodating. I would definately recommend staying here. Close the the Strip and not too far from Red Rock Canyon either.

This was one of the best trips we have taken to Las Vegas. We have always in the past stayed in one of the hotels (Excalibur, Treasure Island or Luxor). This was PERFECT! I would highly recommend this condo. It was affordable, and provided us with all we needed. We definitely will be staying here as often as Jennifer will allow us to. Thanks for one of the Best Thanksgiving Weekends. I hope to be able to rent it again for a week this time. We would likd to be able to rent it for the Memorial Day Weekend, as well. It is a very nicely furnished condo, with two very seperate bedrooms/baths, so it is very private. Would highly recommend it for two couples that would like to share accomodations. It is also very convenient to drive around Las Vegas from this location.

This Condo is ideal for an affordable family fun vacation. It features all of the necessary ammenities and is centrally located to the strip, grocery stores,restaurants and entertainment. I would definately stay there again. The owner is bright, accomodating and friendly.

This condo was the best deal in Vegas. The community was close to the strip and easy to find. The condo was nicely furnished and well maintained. I have no copmplaints and I rent condos in Vegas everytime I go. Best deal in the city.

I stayed there for a weekend in January and it was great. The condo was beautiful and the owners were great...they made us feel at home. The location was perfect because we wanted to enjoy Vegas without all the craziness of the casinos. Besides, we got all the pleasures of home for less than what a hotel room would have cost us. We were able to enjoy Vegas and yet retrieve to a nice quiet condo to relax. I will definately stay here again!

I rented this condo for 2 weeks from the end of August to the beginning of September 2005. Great location, central to everything (i.e. supermarkets, activities, the strip), very nicely furnished. Would definately stay there again, as the price was very reasonable for the location and amenities.
