This immaculate, spacious, and beautiful home is located less than 1 mile from Nauset Light Beach and 1.5 miles from Coast Guard Beach, both world-renowned for their beauty and waves. This lovely house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. It has 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths (2 bedrooms with full bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms with full bath downstairs), a very well-stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, a spacious deck with Weber gas grill, and a great recreation room in the walk-out basement (complete with TV/DVD player).
There is a level yard for playing croquet or bocce ball, and a basketball court on the lower drive. Everyone that stays at this house LOVES it! The bike trail is right down the street (it is 24 miles long). Public tennis courts are within walking distance. Eastham was named one of the favorite beach towns in the U.S. (Family Fun Magazine June 2005). Come and see the oldest working windmill in the US, tour art galleries, go kayaking, or see a movie at one of the last drive-in movie theatres in the country. Go clamming/shellfishing and gather up your own steamer clams and oysters for a clambake!

Don't miss out on this house! It is close to beaches, restaurants, the bike trail and other activities yet you have a feeling of privacy. We have been renting at the Cape for over 20 years and have already booked our weeks with this place again this year! You won't be disappointed.

We have stayed at this house for 5 straight years, and had a wonderful time each summer. The location is close to everything - ocean and bay beaches, kettle ponds, National Seashore Eastham Visitor's Center, bike trail, resturants, historic sites, drive in and indoor theater, mini-golf, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, etc. The house is clean and the kitchen well furnished. The shaded deck is a great place for breakfast while listening to the birds sing or to unwind at the end of the day. There is no thru traffic on the cul de sac street, and the neighbors are quiet. Works well for a larger family vacation or if you want plenty of room.

Overall experience rated as excellent We enjoyed a Beautiful Cape Cod Vacation Home with AC Downstairs and Nice New Hardwood Floors located in a Nice neighborhood. Our 6 and 8 Year Old Girl and Boy enjoyed Playing Basketball in the Driveway and Playing catch in the yard. We were only a Mile from the Beautiful Atlantic Beaches(Nauset,Coast Guard) and about 2 Miles from the Bayside Beaches with Warm Water and No Waves. We also enjoyed swimming in several Fresh Water Ponds(like Wiley) in State Parks. We enjoyed the Drive In Movies a Welfleet and had a Great New England feast at Arnold's with Chowder, Clams,Lobster etc Followed by Mini Golf and Ice Cream. We are Renting this Same House again this Summer and would Recommend to Everyone!! Date of arrival was 06/26/2010

The house is in a great location, but unfortunately the house was not clean and had ants in the kitchen. I spent close to a full vacation day cleaning the bathrooms and the kitchen. The real disappointment was the king bed in the master bedroom. The mattress was not a real mattress. It was one-half the thicknesses of a normal mattress and the bed frame is a piece of junk. No support and no comfort. Not what Mom & Dad want after a long day.
Owner response: Not sure who this is by the name posted. We did have one week where the cleaning crew failed to show up. The renters said that they would clean and we gave them a sizable refund. As for ants we never have any problems. Cape Cod has lots of sand and ants love sand. The bed is a custom king foam top on two twin foundations That is the only way we could get it up the stairs and standard in the industry. It should support lots of weight comfortably . I have never checked maximum capacity for it to bottom out?! We have had 50 different renters with no complaints and lots of returners. Sorry you were unhappy .

Our family has spent several memorable summer vacations at this wonderful home. The bedrooms are spacious, especially the two upstairs; the kitchen is well stocked; the furnishings are comfortable and everything is very clean. The location is unmatched. It is close to our favorite beach, Nauset Light; close to the Cape Cod bike trail and close to our favorite restaurants on Cape Cod; Arnold's and Ben and Jerry's ice cream shop. What more could you ask for?

Your house felt just like home. It is in great condition and had all the amenities of a family home. The room layout is great and there was even a recreation room in the basement for us adults to hang out and talk as loud as we wanted while the kids went to sleep!
