Our warm, emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the white, soft sand that meets it are just steps away through a newly built beach access a few hundred yards from the townhouse. After soaking up all the pleasures of the beach with stocked boogie boards and floats, beach chairs and umbrella that are available to you with this unit, there are two pools waiting for you to refresh you at any time during your vacation.
There are wonderful nature trails throughout Cassine Gardens' property. One is right outside your units' door. Enjoy the quaint, low-growing foliage of the oaks and southern mosses along with all the other plant and animal life of the panhandle as you take leisurely walks, fish in a stocked pond or picnic in this pet friendly environment.
There are also two cruising-type, thick-tired bikes in your unit for your use around the gardens or to restaurants and shops all up and down 30A, all within minutes and accessible by walking, biking, or driving. The well-known village of Seaside is only about one mile west of your unit. If you care to further your exercise and play a round or two of tennis, one of two courts is right out the sliding glass doors in the back of your unit. You will also find a couple of tennis rackets and balls for your use with the unit.
It is all here waiting for you. Come on, sit a spell and relax at our seashore.

We love staying here!! Very quite area, perfect for the kids! Great food and shopping is very close. One of the best trips we had was in the off season.... Everything was slower during this time.. NO lines and bike riding is perfect for this time of year!! Very clean and comfy:) We LOVE it!! THANKS!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
